Our house was 2 floors, however there was no AC on the ground floor which made it unusable. After complaining we got a fan which made some noise. Also the room description said 70 m from the beach, in reality it was more like 300m.

This was not a problem for us, as we only stayed for 4 nights and we only cooked breakfast and no dinners. But please note there is no washing machine or dishwasher. Also, there is no a/c on the ground floor, only in the bedrooms.

The approximity to the beach, the sea, size of the villa. And there are 2 bathrooms, great for a family of 4.

The guy at the beach bar was asking for reservations even in the early morning. Yet the rest pf the staff were nice.

The location, everything about the facilities and the Elia Restaurant are exceptionally good! Nothing missing at the house including Nespresso machine, refrigerator, corkscrew, etc. The receptionist lady Teresa has been very helpful and she is a very nice host. She kindly provided good recommendations for the supermarket and her offerings were excellent. It was my second time here, previous one with my friends and this one with my husband and my parents. All of us were really pleased with everything. This is our place to stay in Halkidiki.

The only problem was; no bathroom on the second floor. The stairs were narrow and high. I found it a bit dangerous.

The location was perfect. It was just in the middle of Cassandra and Sithonia. Our house was very far away from the beach but we had a car, so didn’t matter. The house was very well decorated, lots of gifts in the kitchen and very clean.

Overall (8/10): we really had a wonderful stay at Trikorfo Beach with our two kids (3.5yrs / 7 months), we liked it to be off the tourist track and just having to share the beach with some other guests; they do not have a pool (of which we were very suspicious in the beginning and when we booked), but the sea is so fantastic with warm and crystal clear water; due to the lack of variety, breakfast became odd very quickly; the villas are spacious (up to 6 adults) and have all amenities you might need; Beach (9/10): Perfect crystal clear water, superb for swimming and for kids (temperature around 25/26 degrees); there’s no swim supervision though; Post season, there’s roughly space for 50 people with sunbeds under the umbrellas, so better not to be late (after 10:30, was quickly packed), will be doubled during peak season; the beach bar serves drinks (cocktails/spritz 10€, small beer 4.5€) and some beach food (roughly 10-17:30); little drawback is that it could be a bit cleaner, the beach bar staff could clean a bit better the space after a busy day; what we didn’t like that much was that the sunbeds/umbrellas were quite squeezed with not much space left in between your neighbors; Villas (9/10): there’s villas above the street (a bit of walking needed to the beach) or between the street and beach (recommended); we had one near the beach, very spacious (80m2, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, moskito nets at all windows); there’s daily cleaning and you get fresh towels every day; there’s plenty of parking spaces; the hotel provided baby chairs for both the terrace and inside; a baby bed was provided as well but the mattress was way too hard for our little one; Breakfast (6/10): is served in Elia Moments by the Sea restaurant; quality of the breakfast is more in the 8/8.

The first floor of the house do not have air-conditioning. The top 2 bedrooms had an excellent air-conditioning, but in order for us to have the entire house at cool temperature we needed to crank the AC in the bedrooms and keep the bedroom doors open at all times. You could not leave the AC working while you are out because the house key controls the electricity. So our choice was - leave the air-condition on and the house unlocked or lock the house but no AC. The staff provided fan and that made things a lot easier for my son who was sleeping on the ground floor.

We stayed in the 2 floor houses on the hill. the houses were very clean, bathrooms were renovated. There is a nice outdoor area. I loved the Olive trees and the landscaping. Although the houses are very close to each other - it was super private and we did not see our neighbors. Very quiet. Amazing sunset views. It was easy to walk to the beach and also we had an option to order a golf cart to drive us. We had 2 houses with 4 adults and 2 children. The staff was able to have our 2 houses in a way that we can share outdoor space easily. They provided crib for the baby and that was very nice. Wonderful outdoor spaces and no mosquitoes at all! Comfortable set up for large families.

The only minor downside was the arrangement of umbrellas on the beach, as they seemed to be placed quite close to each other, which could make it feel a bit crowded. However, this didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. During our stay, we had the opportunity to book two different villas: the Sea Side villa and the Panorama villa. It's worth noting that the Panorama villas are situated slightly higher up from the main row, which means they are a bit farther from the beach compared to the Sea Side villas. If direct beach access is a priority for you, you might want to consider the Sea Side villas for a more convenient location.

The villas truly exceeded my expectations. They are impeccably equipped, offering everything you could possibly need for a fantastic and restful holiday. The cleanliness of the villas was top-notch, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

The photos and the explanations provided in the booking should clearly state that some units are far from the beach and their stayers need to walk.

The beach which the hotel is located nearby was perfect. The hotel is dispersed over a location where the unit we stayed was a little far from the beach. We need to walk for 5-6 minutes back and forth to the beach. The house we stayed in was well-equipped. The prices of the beach restaurant are reasonable. Long chairs and sun-umbrellas are given free of charge during the weekdays and you are expected to eat and drink at the beach bar. It is a much better formula than other beaches in Croatia or Montenegro where you are asked to pay for the long chairs and umbrellas

It’s a little further from the beach than we expected but the staff was more than happy to offer us rides back and forth with a golf cart if we needed them. The only drawbacks were that it gets a little too hot outside to sit , even in the evenings, and there was no AC in the common areas. Also, no wifi although it was advertised.

The villa is equipped with everything we needed: AC in the bedrooms, kitchen with utensils, and a nice patio outside. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet, and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful!
