The disjointed/separate bathroom from our apartment was a little difficult during the nighttime (in the middle of the night when nature called). Perhaps recommend putting a fan in the second bedroom to help cool that smaller room down and provide air circulation from the main room.

Mohamed is the best property manager! He was prompt, polite, and super helpful during our whole stay - thank you! He made us so comfortable and made sure we always had everything we needed in a very quick fashion. :) The location itself couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Oia. Tho it’s busting at the seams with tourists, the apartment unit itself was always quiet and peaceful behind the main gate/entrance. The AC and WiFi worked well - perfect for taking refuge from the summer heat and humidity.

All the furniture was very worn and not real comfortable. Bathroom is tiny even by European standards.

The location is awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Umbrella’s, tables and chairs on both front and back porches. View from the front of the caldera and a blue dome. View from the back is another blue. Dome (main church in town). Kitchenette is a nice feature. Open up the windows and you have a nice breeze blowing through because you are so high.

Apartment suited to family with couple of young kids (K-size bed in living area, 2 single beds in spare room). Lack of any wardrobes in the spare room. Electric charging points poorly located on walls.

Great location within Oia. Mr Mohamed (Manager) was a very good host with a great attitude, responsiveness.

The location is unbeatable, but the service and good energy of Mohamed made our experiencie a dream come true. All the details included in the room made our stay as best as can be. We will come back to keep experiencing Santorini through Top Oia.

Without a doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed in many ways. Mohamed, who greeted us and walked us through, is a gentleman (and I mean that quite literally) - one of the most caring, smiling, and available hosts ever. We felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to ensure that we had a great time. The place was spotless. And THE VIEW! We cannot gush enough about the terrace and the setting! Incredible! It is above the main walking-only street of the town, perched at eye-level with not one but two of the blue domes which do not in any way obstruct your view. The apartment sits perfectly to provide a view of almost all of Oia, the entire inner coast of Santorini, and the caldera (the volcanic remains of the islands and cliffs which form Santorini and the sea). High on the cliffs several other towns are visible including Fira and you can even see the cruise ships in the distance (docked in Fira). We cannot imagine a more perfect setting in Santorini and in fact, we recommend Oia (more elegant and peaceful) above Fira (with its jumble of tiny streets, cruise ship mobs, and insane traffic). Oia curves (from east to west) down a hillside toward the caldera and you can see the entire eastern part of town sparkling white in the daytime and the twinkling lights at night. It is magical. It has a glorious sunrise (even visible from the bed), and a hint of the sunset (a big deal in Oia). From the terrace, you can glimpse the sunset beginning, then simply leave the apartment, and walk the 2-minute route to the western end of Oia and, along with those gathered, watch the amazing display. Truly, we spent more time on that terrace than in any hotel or apartment we have ever stayed. We walked to the nearby market, stocked our fridge with fruit, yogurt, snack foods, and wine and we had breakfast there every morning and cocktails before dinner. Perfection.

There is nothing we didn’t like .

The location is perfection, right near Panagias church in Oia. Even in peak season in August with such massive crowds you can not hear any noise from inside the cave apartment. The location is so busy yet you feel the apartment is tucked away in it’s private space. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Mohammad the apartment manager is by far the best , he welcomed us with open arms like we are family . He met us at the bus station and assisted us with our luggage advised us we can contact him on WhatsApp at any time of the day / night if we needed anything . He is such a gentlemen.

The shower drain that wasn't well in the bathroom, but I am confident Muhammed will take care of it. There are very few windows, and no view. but the location more than made up for it. Also, that is probably why it was so quiet in the middle of a very busy area.

Our host, Muhammed, was fantastic! We enjoyed speaking with him on many occasions. He was great! And the location was perfect for being right in the middle of the action. Couldn't have been a better location!

Please note that this is an apartment with no services, not even cleaning facilities. If you are staying for long then this is not the best place to stay. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable to use. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The caretaker Mohammed behaved nice when we came, but while we're leaving, he was rude and didn't even help us with the luggage. Last but not least, you have to carry your own luggage to the hotel. From drof off point to hotel and up to the 1st floor, believe me, it's was very tiring.

The location of our apartment was excellent, overlooking Caldera's view and the volcano. The main market is just outside the building.

Best position ever, with great view (photo are exactly what you can see from your terrace). Everything super clean. By the way we suggest Oia to stay in Santorini, definitely the best place on the Island.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, was a little bit concerned about what the actual place was going to be like due to the photos and reviews. But wow this place was incredible. Definitely worth the money if your happy to spend. We got a ferry in to Santorini and got a taxi into Oia which cost about 40 Euro. We met Mohamed the host who helped us with luggage to walk to the Apartment. (Short walk up a few stairs). He was a great help with recommendations for beach’s restaurants and beach’s. The property was nice inside good size but the balcony and the views were incredible! You will seriously not get a better view in Oia!! definitely recommend hiring a quad bike to see the rest of the island while your there! Thanks Mohamed, look forward to seeing you again hopefully!

The bathroom was a tad small and we didn’t love the shower, however this would not stop us from staying here again.

The property is in the best location in Oia. Everything is in walking distance yet the property is very quiet. The room was larger than expected, extremely comfortable bed, great aircon and huge balcony with amazing views.

Best value property in Santorini! The location of the property was right in the centre of Oia, only a minutes walk from the bus station and the town centre. If you’re looking for central accommodation the location could not be better! The apartment was so large and clean and had all the facilities we needed. Our host, Mohammed was so kind and helpful. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us to the apartment and around Oia. We needed to receive our bond back the night before as we had to check out at 4am the following day and he allowed us to do so with no issues. Thank you!
