We loved everything, so it's hard to complain! One thing, perhaps, is that the shower is tiny, but it's got a nice window to let out steam and surprisingly good water pressure, so honestly, that wasn't so bad. If you need a big, spacious bathtub, that might be a dealbreaker. ;)

Mohamed was very attentive! We arrived late and weren't exactly sure how delayed we would be. He was very communicative and met us at 1:30 am to take us to our room and show us how everything worked.

The property is in the perfect location, we paid extra for the sea view room and it was really worth it. Best view in Oia! The room itself is nice and well-kept, with everything you could need and plenty of space. Mohamed, who manages the apartments, brings customer service to a whole new level. He was respectful of our privacy but if we ever needed anything, he was always willing to go the extra mile - excellent host!

We had an amazing time at Top Oia! Our apartment had a breathtaking view over the caldera, and the other balcony offered a stunning view of the nearby Church of Panagia. The host, Mohamed, was incredibly kind, explained everything to us, and was always available to answer our questions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The location is excellent, just few meters from the main church. Mohamed, the manager, was very helpful and kind and provide us with all necessary information. The apartment is very confortable (maybe the only small thing I should mention is that the bathroom is quite small) and the view is just AMAZING, the best in Oia with views to the 2 sides with 2 terraces. The one to the Caldera, it´s like a painting.

The bathroom is tiny, but I knew that before going there. the shower is an after thought. But, I knew that as well before going there. And you can't put toilet paper in the toilet. The Island needs to do better with regard to plumbing. There are alot of stairs. But, That's the only way to get to where you're going. And yes you will have to lug your luggage here from whereever. Muhammad helped us. And I needed help as i had both a knee and ankle injury and back problems. I was able to pay for help with the luggage going and coming. Theres no cleaning the room while you're there. I don't like that. but they tell you that up front. And also the price of the room is such that you definitely forgo some luxuries and I am okay with that. the second bed is extremely uncomfortable. it was terrible actually. I would recommend they upgrade that futon or whatever it is. Note...it is called an apartment. But, its one room. So, don't be expecting an actual apartment. It does have two balconies. And one of them has the most spectacular view period.

The location is the best. it was the exact place on Oia that I wanted to be. You cannot beat the location at all. Muhammad was extremely kind, helpful and responsive. I would stay there again and again because of the location and the price. You can't beat it. I can't imagine there is a more reasonable place to stay on Oia.I booked airport transit with Muhammad and it worked out perfectly both ways.

This was a gorgeous apartment for a family of 4- mum dad and adult teens. It was quiet and perfectly located. Access to everything in Oia at your fingertips. Our host Mohammed was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. This apartment is value for money- for Oia it is well priced and delivers more than you pay for. Thanks

Not a complaint but just a warning to anyone booking the ground floor - there is access to a table and chairs on a terrace above the apartment but note that there is not a view from here. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't great so it was a bit damp.

The disjointed/separate bathroom from our apartment was a little difficult during the nighttime (in the middle of the night when nature called). Perhaps recommend putting a fan in the second bedroom to help cool that smaller room down and provide air circulation from the main room.

Mohamed is the best property manager! He was prompt, polite, and super helpful during our whole stay - thank you! He made us so comfortable and made sure we always had everything we needed in a very quick fashion. :) The location itself couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Oia. Tho it’s busting at the seams with tourists, the apartment unit itself was always quiet and peaceful behind the main gate/entrance. The AC and WiFi worked well - perfect for taking refuge from the summer heat and humidity.

All the furniture was very worn and not real comfortable. Bathroom is tiny even by European standards.

The location is awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Umbrella’s, tables and chairs on both front and back porches. View from the front of the caldera and a blue dome. View from the back is another blue. Dome (main church in town). Kitchenette is a nice feature. Open up the windows and you have a nice breeze blowing through because you are so high.

Apartment suited to family with couple of young kids (K-size bed in living area, 2 single beds in spare room). Lack of any wardrobes in the spare room. Electric charging points poorly located on walls.

The location is unbeatable, but the service and good energy of Mohamed made our experiencie a dream come true. All the details included in the room made our stay as best as can be. We will come back to keep experiencing Santorini through Top Oia.

Without a doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed in many ways. Mohamed, who greeted us and walked us through, is a gentleman (and I mean that quite literally) - one of the most caring, smiling, and available hosts ever. We felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to ensure that we had a great time. The place was spotless. And THE VIEW! We cannot gush enough about the terrace and the setting! Incredible! It is above the main walking-only street of the town, perched at eye-level with not one but two of the blue domes which do not in any way obstruct your view. The apartment sits perfectly to provide a view of almost all of Oia, the entire inner coast of Santorini, and the caldera (the volcanic remains of the islands and cliffs which form Santorini and the sea). High on the cliffs several other towns are visible including Fira and you can even see the cruise ships in the distance (docked in Fira). We cannot imagine a more perfect setting in Santorini and in fact, we recommend Oia (more elegant and peaceful) above Fira (with its jumble of tiny streets, cruise ship mobs, and insane traffic). Oia curves (from east to west) down a hillside toward the caldera and you can see the entire eastern part of town sparkling white in the daytime and the twinkling lights at night. It is magical. It has a glorious sunrise (even visible from the bed), and a hint of the sunset (a big deal in Oia). From the terrace, you can glimpse the sunset beginning, then simply leave the apartment, and walk the 2-minute route to the western end of Oia and, along with those gathered, watch the amazing display. Truly, we spent more time on that terrace than in any hotel or apartment we have ever stayed. We walked to the nearby market, stocked our fridge with fruit, yogurt, snack foods, and wine and we had breakfast there every morning and cocktails before dinner. Perfection.

There is nothing we didn’t like .

The location is perfection, right near Panagias church in Oia. Even in peak season in August with such massive crowds you can not hear any noise from inside the cave apartment. The location is so busy yet you feel the apartment is tucked away in it’s private space. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Mohammad the apartment manager is by far the best , he welcomed us with open arms like we are family . He met us at the bus station and assisted us with our luggage advised us we can contact him on WhatsApp at any time of the day / night if we needed anything . He is such a gentlemen.

The shower drain that wasn't well in the bathroom, but I am confident Muhammed will take care of it. There are very few windows, and no view. but the location more than made up for it. Also, that is probably why it was so quiet in the middle of a very busy area.

Our host, Muhammed, was fantastic! We enjoyed speaking with him on many occasions. He was great! And the location was perfect for being right in the middle of the action. Couldn't have been a better location!
