The beds were a bit firm for our taste, but that is a matter of personal preference.

The hotel is cozy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, whether at the reception, the restaurant, the pool, or housekeeping. They helped arrange a surprise cake for my daughter's birthday. The pool was not large, but perfect for the hotel's size. It offers a beautiful view if you have a room facing the pool. Except the ugly non-finished building (abandonned for 20 years) There were always enough sun loungers by the pool. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit, a selection of bread and pastries, yogurt, eggs, sausages, and more, with small variations each day. Tolo is a small and nice town.

Good location of the hotel. Close to the beach and restaurants. Large parking lot. The hotel itself is extremely clean and beautiful. The breakfast is varied and tasty. All hotel staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is highly recommended.

Dining room was very hot at breakfast time. Unfortunately, part of the view was obstructed by an unfinished building.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a mattress topper to make our bed more comfortable.

Check in is at 3 pm, we arrived earlier and we could not get in. Hotel did not seem that busy.

I didn't like that the shower curtain was so close to me as I stood in the shower that it kept on sticking to my body as I showered. I also did not like that the mattresses were extremely hard and not the most comfortable. I also would have liked to see the pool open later than 7 pm.

The breakfast was decent and the service in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly when I asked questions about the area and also when I emailed and called regarding my anticipated lateness for check in. They allowed me to check in after midnight, since I had been delayed more than ten hours on the previous leg of my trip. All staff members were super caring and sweet. Also, I loved that there was a clean swimming pool and a poolside bar for refreshments. This was a huge plus. I liked that there was parking available at the property because parking in the town is virtually impossible due to lack of availability.

Excellent breakfast very friendly staff make you feel like home…they have white glove service in the rooms they provide slippers razor blades toothbrushes etc for there guests absolutely impressive

The swimming pool area was closed at 7pm. It's too early, it is still stinking hot and it would have been nice to be able to relax in the pool for an hour or 2 longer. It is beyond the control of the hotel but an abandoned multistorey building did rather spoil 30% of the seaview from my room...

The breakfasts were very tasty as there was always a pleasing variety of options as well as the usual fare. The bar service during the day and evening was also very good with a knowledgeable friendly barman almost always on duty. The rooms were bright and clean. The hotel staff attentive and helpful. The location convenient with parking provided - essential. I'll happily go back...

Could do with an onsite restaurant. A large unfinished multi storied building would be better removed. (Not the hotel's fault)

The hotel room was very run down and the bath room was unacceptable. There was very little size. The 4 stars doe's not apply for this hotel.

The swimming poop area was perfect and the staffs were very helpful and nice.

The place is old and really run down - in desperate need of renovation. There was mold and stains in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking on the floor every time you flush. The bathroom was tiny. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the pillows soft. One of the two body towels was not clean. The doors were also very old - not a functionality issue but when you're paying as much as I did you expect the hotel to be better. Old linen, old towels, no mini-fridge - all of which are unacceptable for a (supposedly) 4* hotel.

The staff was super friendly and polite, the aircon worked very well and the breakfast was pleasant.
