Our apartment was on the first floor with its own terrace with a table and chairs, covered with a garden gazebo with curtains, which is very important in such a sunny country, it was very nice to dine there. The room is very clean with good repair, everything is new and well-maintained, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, even a mini grill for making club sandwiches. Bed linen and towels are clean, ironed, changed once every 3 days. Not far from the apartment is Lidl. The owner is very friendly and attentive, ready to help with any issue. We were very pleased to spend our vacation in these apartments, we hope to come again!

Value for the money and location for the purpose of my visit. It was clean and air condition was working before we check in. The temperature in the room was perfect. Super friendly hosts, ask them for our small dog and there was no problem with this and no extra price or something :) There is a parking lots around the room. For now it's not problem.

It was very easy to find the apartment and to get keys. The location is perfect. It is about one hour from Thessaloniki (very nice city and not very big but also very nice Zoo. It is about two hours from Loutra Pozar and also from Meteora (we recommend to visit both). It is one our from Edessa, city with waterfalls. 2 minutes from Lidl. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants in Paralia, 5-10 Minutes from the apartment. It was very warm in the apartment. No problems with hot water and Internet. You have all you need to celebrate a new year. So it was great!

The owner was extremely helpful and kind. The property was perfect for a family of four and both the bed and the sofa-bed were comfortable. It was a cozy studio with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one! The location is ideal as there is a supermarket at the other side of the road and the neighborhood is quiet.

The host clearly understands the meaning of being in the hospitality industry. They communicated ahead of time to know our time of arrival, and we're very responsive to messages and offered guidelines about the town. Above all, very kind-hearted couple. The location is also very nice, close to the shop , restaurants and beach. My 7 year old said "mum I love this place and will like to come back".

It was pleasure to spend a vacation in the Thomas Studios & Apartments in Paralia. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and air conditioned with very comfortable beds. There’s the supermarket close to the apartments as well. This is a great choice for those who prefers quite place out of noisy nightclubs, but close to center of Paralia and the beach. I fully recommend Thomas Studios & Apartments for everyone who wishes to spend great vacation in Paralia Katerinis. And the best off all was helpfulness and kindness of the owners, Madalina and her husband. My family can’t wait to come back and meet them again next summer.

I liked everything about the property except perhaps the location. It is on a Main Street and the balcony does not have a great view. HOWEVER it is very close to the beach and a great place to base yourself to travel to less touristy places. This had been our plan until our car broke down!

The host thought of everything: -a hot plate for cooking/boiling water quickly -slippers -air conditioning -flat screen tv -comfortable bed -Wi-Fi The accommodation was VERY clean. Also, the host was kind, caring and very helpful.
