The location is great! Fira centre with lots of things to do and very close to the bus station. The hotel is lovely and the staff too. Vanessa and John at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning delivered to your room is amazing and abundant-a bit repetitive but great!

Room was a little small and what we didn’t understand it was that it opened to a common area next to the pool. But not complaining, that area was also the best view of the caldera and Fira. Also, you need to walk a bit down some steps from the main road to get to the entrance of the hotel because it is right on the mountain side and the cobblestone steps are the only way to get there.

You cannot get a better view! Hands down the best part of our trip! We took some amazing photos of the sunset, it was incredible! On top of that, the service was exceptional, we were treated like royalty!

There are many stairs if you want to stay on the Caldera but the staff is great with helping with luggage.

The only thing I would say is, that I would have liked some shade by the pool like a sail, as unfortunately it was too windy for the umbrellas and it was just too hot to enjoy pool with no shade.

Absolute best location walking distance from main Fira square, restaurants, night clubs, bus depot and shops. Unbelievable view. Staff fantastic.

The staff could have been more polite.

The hotel is very close to the Fira city center. The views are amazing, although the balcony in front of our room wasn't entirely private (some of the area was shared). Also really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a huge selection of items even for vegetarians like us.

Staff are great - friendly and always helpful! John and his team are doing a good job keeping all the guests happy. We had an amazing view of the island, caldera, and the sunset. If relaxing is your aim for your holiday this is the perfect place to stay - nothing beats bathing in a hot tub overlooking the caldera after a long day. Restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away but the location is still in the quieter more secluded area. We would surely recommend the hotel to friends and would stay here again when we come back! :)

This boutique hotel is in a great location. It's a short drive from the airport and very accessible for shopping in Fira or the Cliff hike to Oia. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed the views of the caldera. The terrace and pool were my favorite. Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

Everything was great, accommodation, location, views, breakfast and staff. We were a little concerned about the space sharing with friends, but both bedrooms and ensuites were great. The communal area in the apartment was better than expected and perfectly adequate. We also enjoyed the terrace associated with our room, the views were wonderful.

Several steps and sloping walkways from Main Street of Frida and not that well lit at night but was managed fine.

Nice breakfast selection brought to room on a tray, coffee machine in room, shower pressure good. Shared balcony was lovely and actually used the pool though somewhat chilly in mid-March. Near taxi area (Atlantis hotel) and bus station a 5-6 minute walk. Great views of Caldera.

Good location though down a number of steps and up a hill from the bus station. Room (Apollon) very compact and not really suitable for a couple with suitcases. Staff very helpful and great views from balcony, though this would be busy in peak season and seriously impact your privacy. We would seriously recommend this hotel, but be aware of its restrictions.
