Super clean hotel with everyday service. We loved our room with the balcony. We watched the sunrise from there. We also loved the swimming pool. Great service, very nice hotel decor and wonderful owners/staff. Eva helped us with all our needs - thank you Eva!

We loved our stay - it more than exceeded our expectations. We loved the room and the value for what it was, you more than get the Santorini experience without spending too much! The staff were friendly, and we loved the room, especially the gorgeous bathroom and outside sitting area. We loved our stay - would go back again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a clean and convenient location in Fira, I highly recommend this property. We had an extremely late flight flying in from Athens and the hosts arranged logistics to pick us up and the owner personally helped us out with the check in despite it being almost 11pm when we arrived. It's a cozy property and close to the city centre(walking distance). The staff are all very helpful and kind and if you want something a bit more personalised with a human touch I'd go for this hotel. They have car rental right underneath (ATV/motorbikes etc) and offers instructions/ help whenever you needed. It is a good stop before heading out to OIA or driving down to the Black/Red beaches.

Although walking into the town is a plus on the location, the view is not so nice. The hotel is situated directly next to one of the main roads, so you see and hear cars and roads. The sound was not bothering (in May) but the view was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, all together we had a pleasant stay and would come again.

Very modern and clean room, which was tidied every day dueing our stay. Nice staff and breakfast. You can walk into town directly from the hotel. And if you want, you can rent a vehicle next door (se owner as the hotel) which is useful.

Be sure get the address correct for your driver as the hotel is at the corner on 25th of March. It is easy to miss. Look for Tony’s car & ATV Rental sign for hotel entrance.

Beautiful family-owned boutique hotel with all the amenities a budget conscious travel will admire: tranquil pool, international buffet breakfast, unique decor, ocean views, multiple private lounge spaces, nearby restaurants with authentic Greek cuisine at half the “caldera-view” types provide. Multiple greek mini-markets for .50 to 1e waters to put in your mini fridge and all the snacks you need for long hikes to see nearby towns. Just steps from the primary walking paths to Thira & Oia without the crowds and noise. Our room had amazing lighting options, accessible outlets, and charming “cave-like” shower that I wish I had in the U.S. But the BEST part of our stay was how personally attentive Evanthia (front desk clerk) and Joy (breakfast hostess) were. Always willing to make our stay even better! Even the cleaning staff asked everyday if we were happy or needed anything. I can’t wait to bring my family next time to this gem of Santorini.

Bed not so confortable, too small wardrobe.

Very nice and friendly staff. Good location, 5 minutes walking from the center. Beautiful room and bathroom, very clean, towels changed every day. WiFi, small refrigerator, TV, AC, hair dryer. Good value breakfast (juice, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, pastries, french toast, ham, cheese, eggs, bread, fresh fruit, jam ...) , for 10€/person. Nice pool and terrace.

We had an opportunity to spend four wonderful days at this lovely hotel. Everything about the stay was fantastic from day one. Eva and the staff are wonderful people who provided the very best hospitality. Our room was modern and spacious with a balcony view. The location of the hotel to the centre of Santorini is no more than 10 minutes max on foot.

Room next to reception was a bit noisy.

The room was very nice and nicely furnished. Staff was nice and pool really good. Location is a plus, easy to reach from the bus station but with direct access to the caldera.

There was no water to drink, they gave one bottle for three people. tap water that we cannot drink. salt water (sea water)

I over packed so the stairs! I need not worry though the staff could not do enough to help me with my suitcases!

Location was fabulous walked to the port and walked right along down into centre square. View is amazing from front of hotel for sunrise and short walk to see breathtaking sunset. Hotel is spotlessly clean, wonderful staff and they offer a great little breaki before you head out for the day!

perfect location 5 min walk to centre or fira town, 7 mins to bus station which is ideal. room was so comfortable, great shower and air con. fridge worked perfect. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels. hosts were so friendly and welcoming, water in fridge on arrival and chocolate bar on departure. fantastic, highly recommend.

We loved everything! Family run hotel. Elini went to extended measures to find a paediatrician for our daughter. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, couples and solo travellers.
