Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CroatiaThe AC in the bedroom was randomly noisy at times, with a low humming vibration. It’s a matter of preference, I prefer my bedroom to be very dark - but the bedroom curtains let through light quite a bit, it would be nice if it was a bit darker. Also, the shower in the second bathroom is a bit inconvenient to use - the water sprinkles everywhere.
It’s a nice, quiet place in the center of Fira. Daily cleaning is done so it’s very clean, and the host is friendly and readily available. Overall, the apartment is beautiful and it was a great stay.

Thira Gold Suites was wonderful! The place was spacious, modern and clean. The location was perfect too. Just minutes walk to the main square and the main bus station but it was still very quiet at night. One requirement for us to enjoy our stay is a good refrigerator and air conditioner. This place delivers both!!! Our host was very attentive too. We locked ourselves out of our safe and he quickly stopped by to help, giving us some pointers to make our stay on the island great as well!

This is a beautiful apartment, everything is high quality. Our host was responsive and very helpful, we enjoyed a restaurant they recommended. We were able to get on a catamaran sunset cruise with their help.It is conveniently located to restaurants and stores. We would stay here again.

it is very convenient to walk to Fira centre and lots good restaurants is nearby. the owner Bagdan is very friendly, he helped to make sailing booking for us in advance, arranged airport pick up for us and suggested very good restaurants when we arrived. the food was very delicious. the seafood bbq on the sailing was fabulous too. appreciate Bagdan help , so we had a very memorable stay in Santorini.

Beautiful and clean property, in a conveniently located area. Around 5 mins walk from the main square, cliff front and central bus station. From the bus station travel to the nearby towns was comfortable & easy. Bogdan was an exceptional host, who went out of his way to meet us on our arrival and was available for us to contact throughout our stay. He offered great advice on where to visit, as well as helping us to book a catamaran excursion (the highlight of our trip!). Truly felt like a home away from home - we will be back for sure!

United StatesProperty was perhaps a little hard to find for taxis and other pickup. No street names, but that did not detract from being able to find a workaround. No breakfast at this property. A very short walk to everywhere you might want to be in Fira.
The location was perfect. A little hard to find for cars/drivers to pick us up. The property is spacious and extremely clean. The management/owner was very helpful with tips and checking up on our satisfaction with the property. Loved the moonrise view of the back of Santorini, as well as the large kitchen and dining room table.
