Not the hotel's fault but there was a lot of noise from outdoors, alarms going off and construction noises from early in the morning.

Some of the rooms can see only a part of the view of Acropolis. You can maybe check with the front desk staff before checking in.

The workers here are so nice, especially the front desk staff. The location is close to the metro.

Nice location walking distance to most, good location for hop on and hop off bus, busy but quiet. Place and staff were great after you got over climbing 4 flights of stairs, we are in our 70s sometimes being out all day was a trial, But the amenities, staff, and location outweighed that issue. Nice breakfast and kitchen staff.

No parking at all. Barely a spot to drop the luggage. Parking is 15 min walking away. Very busy surroundings in the evenings with lots of bars. Nice if you are in the mood.

The hotel doesn't has anything bad but for that high price, customer will want even the smallest detail to be excellent. For example the breakfast is too expensive for so little choices in the buffet. In the room the glass shower doesn't have a door, so all water comes infront of the sink and floor stays wet. The lightning in the room is not so strong.

The location is central, not even 5 minutes walk from Monastiraki metro station. The hotel inside gives you a very good vibe from the employees who are very friendly and ready to help. they provide you everything in the room(kettle, coffee machine, slippers, toiletries, mini bar). At check out they even gave us as a departing gift a small olive oil bottle. And they offer to keep your luggage after checkout. In our room we had also balcony but it was connected with other guests room. The spa didn't have time to use it. As for the noises outside is something that you have to take in consideration in all Athens and it's not the fault of the hotel. Athens has the most lively night life.

The room was really small, even for Europe. There wasn't even space next to the bed for a nightstand. I am use to small rooms in Europe, but this was really small.

The hotel was very charming, we had a cute little terrace with a view of the Acropolis. It was beautiful at night. The location was excellent, plenty of shops and restaurants around and close to everything.

The breakfast was not so great, although very fresh and complete. I wish they would include more fruit and nice Greek breakfast items, of which there are many.

Outstanding location, safe and easy walking distance to the major sites. Room was spacious and great for a family that doesn’t want to share beds. The room had big double bed and a single bed, both very comfy. Room recently renovated and modern. Nespresso coffee maker was top!

The passcode to get into the hotel wasn't working without the app. I had to download the app, which isn't my preference.

Georgia and the rest of the staff were courteous and kind. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. They organized multiple transfers to the airport and port.

Friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond what was expected and offered us gifts to celebrate our engagement. Iconic location (you can see the Parthenon from the hotel balcony room). Breakfast was delicious

I think the signage could have been better as I had a hard time finding the hotel. The entrance through the restaurant has no signage for the hotel that I could see but that is right off the pedestrian walkway so a hotel sign would be very helpful.

I submitted a full review for this property but I am not sure what happened to it. I loved my stay as the location was great, my Room 601 had a lovely view of the Acropolis, and the evening staff was especially helpful and informative upon my arrival and throughout my stay. The evening manager, Apostolis and his assistant who was 23 years old, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I assume he was the evening manager since he was so professional and helpful!! :)

Minor issue only: my room had a bathtub (instead of a shower). Looked extremely nice, but either way I showered, the bathroom was always flooded.

I must mention the fact that we had a room on the first floor so we had to climb the staircase and I’m a pregnant woman so I thing they need to mention it that there’s no elevator.

The toilet room was really small with no shelf for necessary items. The bathroom did not have a shower, which made a quick shower after a hot day walking around Athens impossible but we adapted and came to love our late-night soaks in the stunning, large tub.

The staff was great and made sure our room was ready earlier than expected to coincide with our early flight into Athens. They also provided helpful tips and arranged an early taxi for our departure date. The room itself was charming and spacious. We stayed in the older Residence part of the hotel. The walk up to the first floor was fine. The room had 3 balconies! The first time we have had a balcony off a bathroom! There was more than ample space in the bathroom vanity for our items. The location was perfect. An easy walk from the Monastiraki Metro stop from the airport.

Location was excellent. There is no elevator so be prepared to lug suitcases upstairs, the doorman will help you if needed. You can use a code or app to access your room. We did not have the breakfast, it was very expensive. The bed was a little firm for us. the bedding was nice. The air conditioning did not work well the first night, turning off every hour, having to get up and turn it back on, but the second night they fixed it and it worked very well. Black out blinds, the shower was good. The room was a little small. You can easily walk to the city centre and nearby gyros restaurant take away was so good as well as a lukumades balls next door to it.
