The only that needs to fixed on my opinion is small pool, because sometimes when wanted to use it somewhere at 16-17 it was already unheaten (

We liked really all,we felt as we were kinda queen and king, the service was absolutely amazing, careful and always on time. We chose a room with volcano view and we had almost miracle each evening. Everything we needed we had on our room, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and wide with small window in it. The food was tasty and various, we loved Greek salad on breakfast, still do it almost each morning. Also we used a gym, that is also fitted with all necessary goods. Big pool with cold water really with cold water in the end of the April and beginning of may, small pool with warm water is nice addition. The only thing we a bit sad that we didn't use a spa service, because we were so busy walking around and just relaxing) And special thanks for transfers!

We had a blocked drain in our room after washing but staff very quickly came to fix it whilst we were having breakfast.

The bathroom could use a renovation I think. Although the room feels new, the bathroom facilities like the bath and it's sliding doors feel a little dated. It was kind of far from the main area of Fira and was a little difficult walking back at night since the road didn't really have a proper pedestrian lane or good lighting. Would have appreciated if the hotel had some sort of shuttle/golf cart service even to just the fira bus stop.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. They even gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking the caldera! The breakfast was also really great - it was small but had really good selection. They also helped us organize our tour around Santorini - which I highly recommend! Chrisitiana was so gracious to help us arrange all of this and she also helped us retrieve the luggage we lost at the airport. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Only minor things but they could do with better light in the bedrooms and the couch in the room wasn't very comfy.

Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lots to do, two pools, table football, pool table, air hockey, gym, spa. Lovely food. Clean rooms.

Pool is not really heated, still feels quite cold.

Very near restaurants and the town. Parking available and nice big pools. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They recommended yacht trip which turned out to be the highlight of our trip!

Due to the bad weather, we were inside the hotel for 2 days. We were looking for an option to spend time. The gym and play area were excellent. We also enjoyed the steam bath. The sauna was not working and we could not use the facility. However, if the sauna was in working condition, Majestic hotel deserves to get out of out marks.

We loved the hospitality and all the staff were so cooperative. We were well-informed about everything. We enjoyed the continental buffet breakfast. The swimming pool was temperature-controlled. The weather was windy and cold. The warm water in the pool was soothing and it worked best for us. Also, received a complimentary facial from the hotel:)

The property was in a great location - situated in walking distance. But honestly, it was the employees! From check-in to check-out, the staff were beyond exceptional! They went out of their way to assist with excursions, spa treatments, etc. I can't commend them enough!

Our vacation had to end !!

This Hotel was Great. The staff was wonderful starting even before we arrived, by reaching out and extending certain courtesies to us. They were always available to answer questions. They went above and beyond expectations and ensured everyone felt welcome. The front desk staff were very informative; the pool, bar, and meal staff bent over backwards to ensure your every need was met, they were able to pre-place what you needed before you ask for it, and just ensure you have the best holiday/vacation. Their staff even carried your luggage to your room and from your room upon check out. This was some of the best service we have ever received overall. The service combined with the beautiful view, game room, spa and two pools were just what we needed and well worth the money. They have our HIGHEST Recommendation.

If you have the volcano view you may also get a view of the local land fill, this didn't cause us any issues (no smell) but it's there and maybe an issue for some, but not bad enough that I wouldn't go back.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious with a nice terrace. The staff make this hotel what it is, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave all the staff are fantastic. Big shout to George behind the bar for being so nice to my daughter and for excellent music taste. Also to the staff who kindly recommended places to visit and restaurants in Fira.
