Bathrooms a bit tired with shower over bath and fittings seen better days . we had a maisonette room and the stairs are quite steep up to the bed, so don't book this room if you have mobility issues. Still given the hotel an overall high rating as these issues did not affect are overall experience

Friendly hotel, excellent location with short walk into Thira. Rooms clean with efficient daily service. Good breakfast buffet with a la carte options. Views across island .Nice pool area and small spa- treatments were very good. Nice bar area- quiet at night but staff very friendly and lots to do in Thira at night.

There’s nothing that I can say I didn’t like about this hotel

It’s difficult to single just one thing about this hotel which made our experience something that we will remember for the rest of our lives. The staff was so friendly the manager was exceptionally friendly and greeted us on our arrival and when we left the hotel.

Santorini is crazy busy, trying to cross the road outside was impossible.

This was a lovely relaxed hotel on the outskirts of Fira. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were with 2 teenagers and had 2 very nice comfortable rooms next to each other. The pool was amazing and possibly the deepest hotel pool I've ever seen. Food was really good and in line price wise with restaurants in fira. It's a 15 minute walk into central Fira where lots of local buses can take you all over the island for less than 2 euros. This was a great place to stay for a few days.

it was spotless the staff were very nice and helpful. the pool was beautiful and always sun beds and umbrellas available. breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant first night and the food was excellent. we would certainly recommend this hotel and it was just outside the main hustle and bustle so Ideal . the sunsets from the balcony were amazing.

The staff were all excellent and very helpful, they really looked after us even after our toddler was unwell for a couple of days. The pool is amazing as is the food served poolside. Nikos the lifeguard was very friendly and kept a safe and fun environment. And we got a good deal for a massage, very worth going if you enjoy that kind of thing.

beatiful hotel very clean comfortable and in 8 minutes walk till the Tira center. i want say a special thank you staff. we arrived early at 09.00 in the morning and staff gave to us possibility stay till the evening in the rooms in departure day. i recommend this hotel for stay on Santorini really if you choose you wint regret it. This is a great hotel but is not 5 stars. More like 4 stars (and a bit overpriced). I still recommend it but if your are looking for a luxurious hotel look somewhere else. Breakfast is pretty basic (but sufficient) and also lunch and dinner menus are very basic with little choice. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised (you can hear the cars from the main road). If you book with booking.com (and not directly with the hotel) you will not get the free shuttle to/from airport and will have to take a taxi for 35$ each direction. to Fira city center is relatively close but it is still about 10-15 minutes (~1 Km), when the weather is hot it can be difficult. Far from all beaches (which are on the other side of the island).

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and the bathroom are spacious. In "volcano view" rooms: Nice view to the volcano (but also to the main road). Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Very nice swimming pool. Relatively close to Fira city center and to the bus station. They gave me a welcome drink and a free face treatment upon arrival.

It is not as a close to Fira as I imagined but not too far either. About 15 minutes walk.

Remarkable hotel ! All the facilities were astonishing and well maintained. Two outdoor swimming pools, with a very nice bar, a great restaurant, and the staff - extraordinary people. Each and every one, from the receptionist to the life guard. Breakfast was top notch. Rooms are spotless. There is a lovely lounge with breathtaking sunset view.

Perfect location- less than 10 minutes flat walk into Fira main centre with lots of restaurants/bars & good nightlife. Fabulous views. Great pool with towels & life guard on duty. Bus station very close to get you to Oia, Kamari, Perissa etc.

The hotel is very close to Fira town within 10 minutes walking distance. There are 2 nice swimming pools and restaurants and bar inside the hotel. Our son got sick at one night, the hotel staff guided us to the hospital by sending their hotel shuttle and a driver. With their kind help, my son got good treatment and recovered speedily. The hotel didn’t even charge us for the shuttle service which is really kind. In the early morning departure, hotel prepared us five food breakfast packs to be taken to the airport as they understand that we will miss out our breakfast buffet. The hotel is a resort type of hotel and deserves its 5 star.

Breakfast was good, but more vegetarian options would have been good. We had a room for 3 people, the room accommodated 3 single beds but there wasn't enough room for 3 suitcases. Bathroom needs updating, especially the shower. Most of the staff were very friendly, a few we found very impatient. Stairs and no lifts in hotel so not friendly for disabled or children's buggies.

Location is excellent, 7-10 mins walk to Fira main square with lots of restaurants, shops, main bus station, etc. Manager, Eleni was very helpful and gave us compensation in the form of massages and late check-out due to missing our flight and one night in the hotel. Pool, Sauna, Steam room, other facilities are excellent.
