The rooftop bar was closed which was hugely disappointing. Would be good to have a desk in the room for laptop ?

When we arrived we askes for the spa, they told us it was closed due to renovation. Very unprofessional because noone mentioned it while we were booking. Two nights rooftop did not work. Rooms are quite small.

Position is perfect, furniture is very nice, rooftop is beautiful.

I liked that there was a rooftop bar, although it was only opened on one of the nights that we stayed there and closed the other, which was disappointing.

* The rooms are pretty small, and there's not enough light (all of the rooms turn to the same inner balcony). * Some if the facilities require renewal - mainly bathroom facilities (broken mirror, tap was going out of its place, etc.). * No full figure mirror in the room.

* The location- central but still a very nice area of Athens. * Breakfast was great, tastey and fresh, the location with view to the Acropolis was very nice. * The design of the hotel and rooms is colorful and chic. * Helpful and nice staff at the reception. I would definitely choose this hotel again, great VFM.

Our room was on the first floor, which has an opening to the reception, so we could hear a lot of the noise from the main entrance. It did not, however, cause any issues at night/sleep time.

Probably one of the coolest breakfast locations with delicious greek yogurt and a beautiful view of the city! The hotel was well located and we were able to do many things on foot. There are a LOT of food and drinks options in this area. The staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but it was enough space for two people. The bathroom products smelled super delicious and were an unexpected bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was super clean.

Hotel rooms were very small and there was no place to keep luggage. Bathroom was good. Breakfast options were limited but decent. We chose the hotel bcoz of its safe vicinity and central location.

Hotel is at great location. It is at a walking distance to Syntagma square, Plaka and other nearby neighbourhoods. Location was very happening, full of nice bars and cafés and the street were buzzing even in the night and was quite safe. The lady at the reception was very warm and was waiting for us to check-in and in the night at 10.30 pm. After 2 days of stay we checked out early in the morning at 7 am. The lady at the reception packed for us breakfast as we had a small kid with us which we found as very thoughtful and kind.

The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have a place to open our suitcase (had only one). The rooftop & the breakfast aren’t good at all. Doesn’t worth the price.

The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

We were originally put in room 001 on the ground floor. This is a disabled access room and is huge. The issue was the wetroom. Clearly a design fault as the water after a shower does not drain at all and remains there so is a hazard and started to smell. Surprised this allowed to be bookable. The staff were fantastic and did move us on request for the remainder of our trip. The new room was great, very modern and clean.

Location - perfect location easy walk to all sights and areas and a short walk from the Syntagma square metro Rooftop - great rooftop bar with a view of the acropolis. Breakfast is served on the rooftop Breakfast - decent breakfast, hot and cold serves all dietary requirements

The room was on the small side with a window that had no view - felt a bit claustrophobic as there was very little natural light. The bathroom door is tainted glass but you can still see through it. No iced coffee at breakfast which is odd. Breakfast staff not particularly friendly.

Everything was brand new and looks stylish. Great location, very central. The bed was comfortable and great bathroom! Nice Acropolis view from the rooftop.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The roof top bar was gorgeous at night and in the morning for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Room extremely small for 2 persons, breakfast could have had more vegan options given the fact it was 4 stars hotel, although in the room paid 2 guests, only in the first day we received towels for 2 persons and cosmetics, starting the following 3 days we had to ask for a second set of towels from the reception. The last day was ok. When it's raining you have to take some food from breakfast in your room, otherwise you cannot eat on the terrace (one morning was heavily raining), I think the restaurant should also be open when weather conditions are bad.

Close to city center, clean. friendly staff, on the 6th floor was no noise at all.

Very noisy at night. Stayed over s Friday night and we could hear music from a neighboring night club till 2 am.
