It would be good if the bathrooms were looked into as to the odour we experienced in different occasions, which though due to the overall experience it didn't really overshadow the whole picture.

Great hotel, concept and decoration. Attention given in detail. All facilities as advertised. Friendly staff, especially Evellina at breakfast and Neil. The breakfast was superb with different fresh choices every day and really tasteful dishes! Clean room and great welcoming treats in the mini bar as well as chocolates, crisps and other sweet and savors to accompany the drinks on offer. Vaggelis or Vasilis (sorry cant recall) at the reception great and always welcoming and attended all our requests, even a few hours more as late check out.

very nice hotel and facilities, clean, enough space for everyone to chill by the pool, big rooms with balcony/ terrace. Located a bit outside the center, calm area, beach and restaurants, bars and shops in close walking distance. Great breakfast and outstanding dinner menu as part of half board. Super friendly staff!

We was disappointed with the size of the suite, it was modern but not very versatile. In the bathroom which was very small, in the shower there was no where to put your toiletries other than the floor and the décor looked like it had just been plastered. The private pool was like an ice bath to use and sun disappeared on the area by 11ish so it was to cold to use. I don't think it was worth the extra money to have the luxury private pool at Kouros.

The staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast was good. We ate in the restaurant once food was lovely but limited. The bed was very comfy we slept very well. We liked that the beach was very close to the suite.

WiFi could drop out quite often and lose connection. Bed was a bit hard for me (personal preference)

Really nice room with great balcony view and walk-in access to swimming pool. Good shower and nice layout in room. All staff are friendly and helpful at this hotel very nice people. Breakfast was really good with lots of different options. Always managed to get sun lounger round swimming pool and snack bar food was 10/10.

Nothing! We enjoyed everything

We had a great 3 night stay in a loft room at kouros Hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and quiet from outside noise. We had each night a great sleep on the comfortable bed, noting that temperature could be set individually for both floors. On our last night, we also appreciated the refreshed towels and chocolates! We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, beautiful outdoor setting and the food was high quality. On Friday evening, we arrived back at hotel for cocktails to enjoy the live music which included a violinist and she was very talented. On our last day, we really appreciated the possibility to take a shower even after checking out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay from the food (breakfast, pool bar, and dinner at Terra Med), hotel room, pool and especially the kindness of the staff. We only wished we stayed longer! When we return to Rhodes, we will stay in Kouros!

Some people in the pool playing with balls, volleyball does not help when you want to swim In one of our rooms the AC was turned off when we entered the room and it was 31 degrees inside the room.... It took around hours to get the room colder ...but then it was ok

Absolutely nothing, this is the place to stay in Rhodes!

Everything about our stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was so big and clean and the shower amazing! The pools were fantastic and the beach bar did the best greek salad! The dinner at night was the best meals I have ever had, something you might get at a michelin star restaurant. We had some amazing authentic greek food. The hotel were great at booking us taxis and explaining local bus routes to us as well as giving us tips for our stay. We will definitely come back again! The breakfast was also fantastic and thank you so much for catering to me being gluten free.

the bathroom has a glass door which i don't like in any hotel,and our terrace (4th floor) didn't have a roof so we couldn't sit there most of the time.. everything else was PERFECT!!

our stay at Kouros exceeded our excpecations, and they were high to begin with! each one of the staff that we encountered was proffesional and kind. I was very sick the secon day of our vacation and steff member George, went above and beyond to help, took my husband to the Pharmacy twice, helped us with the doctor and was so helpful! breakfast was delicious, very filling. lots of egg options and healthy snacks. the pool and snack bar were amazing! we spent most of our day at the pool, had a shake and lunch at the snack bar and only went ut to eat in the evenings.

The Pool area seems very cramped - its not spacious at all Overall we had the Impression that the photos looked a lot better than the real Hotel which seemed like it needed some renovation (our shower handle was broken Etc)

The property was identical to the photos. Really lovely place and very modern with lovely facilities inside and out. Gorgeous pool area with lots of beds and loungers so there’s normally space. Daily breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Lots of homemade pastries and they varied daily, Greek cuisine options too as well as standard continental breakfast options. Atmosphere was lovely, there was live mucks one evening at the restaurant attached to the hotel and one morning we ate breakfast by the pool companied a live cello player. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was very clean and room service attended daily. Would happily come again.
