There was a real problem communicating with the hotel in order to get the code to enter the building. The phones were supposedly down and it took ingenuity from our part to find them. There was no way to contact them in an emergency. We would certainly stay out of a paid accommodation because of their technical problem and lack of other means of contact. The miniscule towels were a joke. Lack of signage meant you have to look really hard to find the hotel building.

Terrible bed. Not comfortable at all. we booked for 3 people and there was no possible stay of a 3rd guest let alone any preparation for 3 guests.

The apartment is very nosy because it’s facing the main street, it look that the floor’s wore not cleaned from ages, the shower makes water everywhere, the towels were not replaced or the room cleaned during our stay, no hairdryer, no shoes, the lights at the bed didn’t work, the lights in the bathroom flickering….The key from the door second night didn’t work so we stained at the door, no one was answering the phone for some minutes…then we finally got in

It’s really tough answering this but the bed was comfortable and the tv was good for planing trips because it was smart. The pictures from Booking are not the reality. i booked a room and i got another one…sad

all check in process took almost an hour as nobody picked up the phone and answered messages. room was very hot and air con did not worked. we did everything instructed (closed all windows and doors but still, temperature in the room did not drop. because of the noise from outside it was impossible to sleep with open windows. if the curtains would remine closed during daytime, situation wouldnt be so bad but nobody though of it.

The bed, which was suppose to be a double one, was actually composed by two single beds. That was really disappointing for us, as it was rather uncontrollable and the set up of mattresses and upper layers was really messy. The refrigerator was no working and we couldn’t even refresh a beer or water. Same with shadow shutters, as some of them were broken

It was far away from the centre but we walked to the Acropolis which was around a 40 minute walk which was very good.

It was just as described, looked the same as the pictures and was very clean. Staff member that checked us in was lovely and very friendly.

It is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Smells very nice, comfortable large bed, nice clean sheets and towels. Tea, coffee, creamer, microwave, the hair drier was missing but I am sure that if you let them know they’ll give you one. The windows reduced the noise from the street quite a bit. All in all - a great place to relax after a busy day

We had two single beds put together as one. We had to make up the bed constantly to avoid falling into a gap in between the mattresses. The room is next to a big road, you hear cars all night long. We should’ve checked that before booking.

The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, only on the first day because my daughter was sick and I asked for clean sheets. On the last night someone on the fourth floor had a party. very loud music. I called the host number given on bookings and the man said that he will do something about it . After an hour at 1:00 I called again and he said that he called the room and didn’t hear any music.. after another hour my husband called him again and his reply was that he is at Convo 336 not Convo 212 and after my husband shouted the music was a little bit lower but not off.. not professional at all

We did an early check in without a charge . The cleaning lady who we met on arrival was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfy for my husband , my 3 year old and I.

Being on the 1st floor facing one of the noisiest Avenues is not the best experience of them all. The room was small (a runway actually) and as I said the noise from the Avenue kept me up all night long. The Shower had limited light (2 light bulbs not working) and water filled the place when you wash. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent place, close to the city center, bus station at 5 minutes walking and the room was very clean! I lost one of my bracelets and the stuff were extremely helpful and checked everything in order for it to be found. Again excellent service!!

The kitchen doesn`t have a stove, but nevertheless, it`s enough for a quick breakfast. It has a fridge and a kettle. The lift could be a bit bigger, but it's fine. We could use it.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. There was a TV in the room. We could watch Netflix on it. For a family with a child, it was a pleasant surprise. Additional bed for a child had a good mattress, as on the real bed. We traveled with a child, who is almost 3 years old. The room was quite safe for him. There was a good hairdryer. My wife couldn't complain about it. The hotel is not far from the beach, but at the same time it is not far from the city center.

It is right next to a huge busy motorway and cars are passing by constantly. I was not even opening the window because it was smelling gasoline and the noise was unbearable. There is no reception and if you don’t know the exact time of your arrival, you would have to wait out there. It would be nice to have a hands- up well in advance. You are unable to adjust the angle of the air conditioning which creates a cold breeze towards the bed. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

It was a cozy clean apartment. No noise from the neighbors. There is everything you need. You only need one bus and 20 mins to go to the center.

For me, the downside was the location: the metro station is rather far.

The appartment is modern, new, beautiful and clean. There is everything you need in it.

this is a furnished room in a building with no reception. if you come at night there is no one to open for you; you need to call and follow instructions on the phone. it’s very unpleasant as there is zero service. but the worse part is the noise. it’s on a highway and the windows are not noise proof. you won’t be able to sleep.
