The hotel is amazing, really nice place look new and modern. Small and not crowded, the design is beautiful with a lot of wood. The location is great, in the middle of the old city, we could walk everywhere. Vacilis the owner of the hotel is a really lovely person, helped us with everything we needed and really care about us! Can’t wait to come again.

Everything was great!

I stayed in the Thallos for 7 nights and I can't recommend it enough. The hotel is absolutely amazing! Stylish, newly renovated property with a great touch. The location in the centre of old town with a short walking distance to lovely breakfast places and restaurants is just perfect. Most importantly the room was cleaned daily and always left spotless. The extra bonus is that the owners were very nice and helpful and always willing to provided information about the best spots in the area, restaurants, car rental and anything you may need to know during your vacation.

We absolutly loved this place. The Location is the best in Chania, The room was completely new, pretty and clean, and the hospitality - simply amazing (thank you vasilis!). This is a brand new place in the middle of the Old Town which even exceeded our expectations as it has a fantastic style and atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with everything needed and the bed is really comfortable. It is also in a quiet little street on this area, so we could really sleep well. The owner was waiting for us, although we arrived very late due to flight delay. In the room there was prepared for us a tray with all kind of fruits and also a nice welcome drink. We spent just one night here, but we will definitely go back and spend more nights and I would really recommend this place to everybody who visits Chania.

Brand new hotel in a quiet part of the historic district. Close proximity to the waterfront and all restaurants and night life. The room was clean and comfortable. Great rain shower. A/C excellent. The shaded terrace on the roof is a wonderful place to have a morning coffee or sunrise yoga. Thoughtful details like fresh fruit in the room each morning. Vasilis the manager was very responsive whenever we had a request or needed a recommendation.

The confusion around the location address (wrong in Booking.com) and perhaps a communication barrier which cost us 1 hour of moving around Chania with luggage.

Very clean, great location, and friendly staff. Everything had been thought of, with lots of extra amenities in the room which made our stay perfect. Lots of lovely restaurants around. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing I’d say (and that’s a personal preference) is that the room wasn’t totally dark during the night.

We were really well received and Vasilis gave us a good explanation of Chania. The room was amazing and super comfortable. The place was brand new and the location couldn’t be better. I recommend it les yeux fermés.

One word defines our stay in Thallos: amazing! The boutique is brand new. The room is beautiful, perfectly decorated and with high quality infrastructure. Maria and Vasilis are wonderful hosts, extremely kind and helpful with plenty of recommendations. We felt like home!!! It was an honour to be the first guests, many thanks again :)

Ventilating the room is a bit hard. If you take a hot shower is hard to dehumidify the room. Other than that there were some minor things like there was no hanger for the towel, the lights of the restroom are disturbing if another person is sleeping and also the restroom again is very very uncomfortable.

It's a very aesthetic space. Great soundproof and the bed is comfortable. Also there are some *minor* things that are good to have like extra pillows.

it had very nice design! it was calming and relaxing ( I had the best sleep!). the stuff was very helpful and kind, they even leave us a small gift! the room was cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend Thallos and I will try visit it again!

Host checked someone in at 1230 at night. Could hear them whilst trying to sleep, maybe answer questions outside?
