Was perfect Service, Administrator Maria, she was very helpful, the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this place for chilling. And for the dinner you can pass by Aeolos Tavern, also amasing dishes there.

I hope the hotel can arrange transportation from the Akrotiri bus stop.

I liked the room with the hot tub and sea view at this hotel; it was truly an exceptional experience. However, it's important to note that the property is quite far from the Akrotiri bus stop, approximately a 55-minute drive, so having transportation arranged is recommended. The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from both the black beach and the red beach, which makes exploring these areas convenient. The breakfast served was unique and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it during our stay.

The noise from jacuzzi all night and can hear the noise from next room. Need car but we knew that.

It was nice and peaceful as it was quite remote. Friendly staff. We loved the jacuzzi on our balcony. The swimming pool area was nice and presentable.

The apartment had a nice kitchen but lacked a cutting board, bread knife and some cooking utensils. With such a nice kitchen, it was a shame we were unable to prepare more than snacks in it.

Breakfast was delivered to our apartment at the required time every morning. The breakfast was always very comprehensive, well presented and far more than adequate for our needs. The staff were excellent. The views from our apartment were stunning. A hot tub for our private use was very nice. The pool was a perfect size and never busy or crowded. A car is essential when staying here as it is in a very quiet area

The room was somehow smaller than expected, everything looked roomier on the photos. The room is on two levels and one needs to climb up a steep stair which is okay (can been seen on the photos, yet underestimated the impact), but not the easiest of stairs to get up and down. You can easily hear every noise one makes, especially on the upper level. You can't walk around without waking up everyone. The kitchenette would be great, but so poorly equipped you cannot cook anyhow. There was a private jacuzzi on our balcony which was great, but so neatly fit in that the covering and uncovering was not easy. Clearly, the balcony was never designed for it and management should not have added it on in our view yet it was our choice to take it. Clearly, they had a good photographer of the room and the entire premises. Symmetry apartments would be the more appropriate name than Symmetry Suites.

Symmetry Suites is at the far end of the isle which makes it a quiet spot, far away from the hustle and bustle in Fira and Oia, however, it is always some distance to travel anywhere - you need your own transportation for sure. It is a small hotel, hence things run a bit differently than in a big hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. We also loved the proximity to the lighthouse which is a great spot (the best?) for sunsets. Plus we found some very nice Taverns in the area and never felt the need to go back to town at night.

Excellent views! Very friendly staff and very clean. Complimentary slippers provided along with a fridge, a welcome bottle of water, very comfy mattress, USB sockets-charging points and a fantastic breakfast. It has an excellent service.

A few improvements would make a big difference. Towels were scratchy and pillows hard. No towel hooks or shelf for shampoo in shower. Door handle is broken and getting into the room was difficult. Private patio has a half wall so it doesn't feel private-we heard every word of our neighbors.

Staff are wonderful and breakfast delicious. Room is comfortable and pool lovely. We liked being away from the crowds, but should have rented a car.

Location is very windy - also, you'll definitely need a scooter/car if you want to get pretty much anywhere. Breakfast was served straight to the room and had little variety.

Very helpful staff, extremely welcoming! We also liked the position as it was definitely far away from the most popular & crowded tourist locations of Santorini but still close to most of the main beaches. Room was basic but very clean.

we did not have transport so the location is an issue. It's not walking distance to the town and even the nearest taverna/beach is a stretch. However it was ok for 2 nights. But make sure you have transport

It's a lovely property in a very quiet location. It has truly amazing views from the pool and the balcony rooms. A special mention for the quality of the breakfast....amazing! One of the best I have had.

There is no sound proofing. You can hear everything that goes on in other rooms. The heating was really loud too. The windows made a screechy sound if it was windy outside (which was most of the time). It took over 10 minutes to get hot water running in the shower. The breakfast was okay (the little pastries were lovely) but it was the same thing every day. The food at the hotel was not nice and it was quite expensive for what it was. (they served us moussaka that was clearly heated up in the microwave and was cold in the middle). This sounds like a lot of complaints but it's mainly little things that made our stay less enjoyable. To be honest, the hotel is quite nice for the price we paid and the staff made everything much better.

The staff here is wonderful. Dina in particular was so lovely, always happy to help and answer questions. The room was great, really spacious and the shower was massive. The view from the room was beautiful as well.

Due to COVID we received our breakfast at our room. On the second day the staff lost our breakfast order sheet and we received our breakfast 45 minutes later then planned and received also things we did not ordered. The breakfast is adequate, however, nothing special. For example, if you order a Greek yogurt with fruits you will only being served a few pieces of apple. In addition the water in the shower is really cold in the morning when everyone takes a shower and it does not run off directly.

The location near the lighthouse of Akritori is great and the suites look exactly like on the pictures provided. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms and the property clean. As the location of the property is in the middle of nowhere I would recommend to take a rental car, however, there is also a bus stop near the property.
