Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe flat definitely needs more blankets! There was a first-aid box located in a place that was unsafe to reach, but I pointed it out to the hosts and hopefully it should have been sorted out by now.
Very good location if you want to be in the city but have a relatively short ride to the airport. The airport bus is also very easy to reach - just walk a few minutes towards the seafront. It was great to have a washing machine. I really liked that good dry foodstuffs left by guests are tidily stored in a cupboard for other guests to use, rather than thrown away.

Very cosy flat, quiet and comfortable. Bus stop right in front of the apartment which leads you to the city center. You can buy the ticket inside the bus in an automatic machine for 0,90 €. Supermarket and café just under the apartment. Quiet area with all the utilities

GreeceIt’s not in the city centre but accessible and personally I love this neighbourhood since I was living there years ago.
Everything was great. Quiet neighbourhood, very clean apartment, comfortable and spacious. Easy check in and kind host. Had all the amenities that you need. We just spent a night but I definitely recommended it.

North MacedoniaThe only thing was the parking although the parking on the street is free it was a bit hard to find empty space as it normally is in Thessaloniki.
The apartment was very clean, bed comfortable although only for one night we had water in the fridge, coffee and tea complimentary. The apartment had everything you need from shampoo to shaving cream and other. All in all a place that I would definately visit nest time I have to sleep in Thessaloniki. The owner was very responsive in communication which explained perfectly in advance for all we needed to know. Thank you

SerbiaA perfect flat. Well equipped, ample, and with quiet surroundings. We managed to find a parking space and there's also a bus line that takes you directly downtown. The pier is within a walking distance and there's a great Pizza takeaway nearby. All in all, I genuinely recommend it!
