A bit more than 20 mins of walk to Fira center

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well equipped, there was a very nice balcony in our room. The hotel is not far from a bus stop.

Very roomy, clean, and quiet location. Kitchen has everything you need. Able to make bedroom completely dark with shutters, and has an AC. If you don’t mind a 15-20min walk to main town Thira then this is top. Also very close to a supermarket.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a delightful experience. The location is quite convenient from Santorini Airport and Fira bus station. From Airport the Taxi takes 8 minute ride. Towards Fira bus stop you can either enjoy a pleasant 17-minute walk or opt for a quick 4-minute bus ride to reach Fira Bus stop. The management is quite helpful and assisted us in late check in. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, clean rooms, and outstanding service.

(I am sorry it took so long to write my review.:)) Our stay was perfect. Everything was really easy from the begining to the very last moment. The whole area was super clean and new. If I wanted to they cleaned our room. It was quiet and we had everything to have a great time I think this is the best money for value accomodation on the island. The location is just perfect. 20 minutes walking from Fira. We had a wonderful time. I have never met the hosts in person but they are amazing people for sure and they answered me really quick if I needed something. Thank you very much!:)

I prefer a room with windows but that really didn't matter.

The host was very kind and helpful with with great communication. The location was good quite close to public transport. The room was on the ground floor which I loved and that's the best bathroom in a hotel or Airbnb that I've stayed in. Lovely facilities and a great shower.

This was our second stay in 6 years. We had another fantastic experience staying here. The host, Poppy, is one of the sweetest and most helpful hosts we have ever met. The place itself is in the heart of Karterados, which is one of the closer villages to Fira, without the expensive prices or onslaught of tourists. It’s a 15 minute casual walk into the bustle of Fira. Our room at Sweet Home was very clean, had a kitchenette and a decent sized bathroom. We had a lovely outside area adjoining the courtyard. We’ll definitely be back again next time!

This is Karterados, near central bus station Thira. 10 min walk. Near bus station to Kamari, airport, Akrotiri. Big Supermarket near. Ideal place for Santorini for budget travelers! We had a studio room which had a lovely kitchen area, even though we ate out at night as the restaurants were cheap enough. We had a small court yard that we could use, which was great. We was about 1 mile our of Fira which was walking distance. Public transport in Santorini is excellent and reasonable priced.

We got an apartment with a small kitchen that contains everything necessary to prepare meals. The owner was hospitable and prepared a bottle of water for us. There's an umbrella and a drying rack on the terrace, a hairdryer in the bathroom. Towels were changed every 2 days. There's an option to ask for cleaning as frequently as needed. We were generously allowed to check out a little bit later.

The staff was incredibly nice, the room was very cute, clean and perfect for our needs. It was well equipped with all the essentials: a few cooking utensils, a hairdryer, and there was a lovely little balcony where we had breakfast most mornings. The location is also very convenient, placed in a cute village quieter and cheaper than Fira, and only about 20-30 minute walking distance away from it. Absolutely recommed staying here!!

Not that we needed it but probably worth mentioning: the description said the room had a “kitchen area with cooking hobs” but that wasnt 100% accurate in our case. We did have a small fridge, kettle, toaster and some basic cutlery and dishes, but no cooking hobs or kitchen sink. We used the bathroom sink instead. Again, not a problem for what we had planned for our stay, but maybe a problem for those planning to cook in the room.

Nice room with nice bathroom and balcony. Super clean. Great location close to Fira (20 min walk) and in the bus line Port-Fira. Very convenient if you want to avoid paying expensive santorini transfers. Super nice staff helped us understand how to get there from (and to) the port by bus. They also arranged our room to let us check in VERY LATE. Thank you for everything!!!
