I liked the room overlooking the main street, the pool, the hotel employees and the location, 2 minutes' walk from the bus station in Fira to other destinations and 3-5 minutes from the center.Very clean, I recommend this hotel.

Some rooms could use a bit of renovation. No elevator

The owner and staff were exceptional. It is a warm atmosphere where we felt very welcome. We had an issue that they dealt with extremely fairly and compassionately. The breakfast was excellent. The man at the front desk (Alex) was very informative and helpful. The location of the property was perfect, just outside the tourist area of Fira, about a 3 minute walk. Lovely pool in quiet setting. Great value.

The bed was too soft, and the room opens directly to the swimming pool area, making it not so private because of the sun beds next to it.

The location, 5 minutes walking from the bus stop in Fira. The room was nice, the swimming pool is great! Breakfast was also very good. The staff is friendly, specially Alexander. Thank you for the recommendations! They offer an option of car rental from the hotels, so you can leave the keys directly when checking out, which is very convenient.

Excellent location, short walk into main town. You can also hire an ATV, a few doors down? Which was very helpful as that is the best way to explore the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Recommendation! The hotel complex is pretty, an earlier check in was organized for us, the lady of the reception gave us helpful advice and the breakfast was good. The location could not be better if you want to explore Santorini by bus because you just have to walk around the corner to be at the main bus station.

The bathroom was a little dated (shower didn’t have great water pressure) and there was no hair conditioner provided in the bathroom amenities. For our room, we had to go up lots of stairs to reach it - although I do believe this is pretty standard across Santorini/Fira as everything is built on a hill.

So close to the bus station but away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Amenities nearby (supermarket, restaurants, bars etc). Pool was lovely with comfortable sunbeds. I was really impressed with the way Alex took the time to explain the whole island of Santorini to us at check in (and was always available to answer any questions). It meant we got to see some beautiful sunsets away from the crowds. The breakfast had lots of options (eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, yogurt, fruit etc).

The air con not the greatest

Hotel was a quick find for an overnight in Fira while staying in Perissa. Was not expecting much but it was very good and clean.

Alexander "the great", the receptionist, welcomed us in a very friendly and chicky manner, which made us feel at ease. He gave us very useful information about the island best spots to visit and when to avoid crowds. The ladies attending our breakfasts were also very friendly and helpful. We'll return to this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Hotel beyond expectations! The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the front desk brother and wife are very warm and friendly, the breakfast is very delicious, I need hot water every time is prepared for me. It was a great experience! And the transportation is really very convenient, very close to the bus station！

There is nothing to dislike .

We arrived late ate night and water fasset broke when I reach to wash my hands . Receptionist was very engaged to find us another room right away. Helena ( owner) and all personnel at the hotel were very kind and helpful . Hotel is extremely clean, with the best swimming Pool. Location is excellent ,2 minutes walk to the buss station, restaurants , stores and center of Fira but still quiet from the noises from the road.
