Nothing it was amazing. If I had to be super picky and on constructive note, pillows could have been firmer and a set of drawers could be useful. But that is being super critical.

Very clean and spacious, really comfortable bed and had a smart TV. Hot tub was the perfect temperature so could be used at any time of day. The location was perfect as well. Not far from the centre of Oia and it was nice to have privacy from the other hotels

If you carefuly select place and know what you picked up there should be nothing to complain about. Indeed 2 rooms and their terrace are next to each other so if you have there some strange people it can impact your stay. But it won't be different even in super expensive hotels on caldera part of the island. It is still more intimate than in most popular caldera part of Oia town.

It is clean, nice place, with nice view. Family business, good contact with person who takes care of the place. Cleaning lady comes everyday and do good job. Quite place. Without eyes looking on your terrace despite next to the wall you have pavement to other apartments. It is not big issue as almost no one walks there. Good bed and big one. All amenities needed are in the place. We got wine as welcome gift. Wine was good. Kind people smiling including cleaning lady. Jacuzzi cleaned almost every day. Air-condition good. If you like cold place it will deliver.

It was an amazing experience with Sunborn Oia suites, clean room, confortable very quite, private jacuzzi, everything was perfect. Near to the center; its a 10 mns walk and lovely streets. I was a solo traveler and its a very nice place to spend time with yourself. Definitely will come back and its highly recommended.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. It is away from from the madness of tourists of the Oia centre, which makes it very peaceful. It had all the facilities like a hot tub outside etc and has Greek families living around which gave an authentic Greek experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We were met at the top of the street by our host (Olsi) who carried our (very large) bags to our room and gave us a brief orientation. Super friendly and helpful! The place was so pretty and welcoming! We especially loved our personal hot tub! We were only there two nights, but we ended each night enjoying the peaceful view from our hot tub:). This was part of a mother/daughter trip - definitely a highlight of the trip!

it is down a rather steep hill but that is the nature of Oia and santorini, it is all steep hills!

the property was exceptional, everything about it from the facilities, to the cleanliness to the staff and service. it was perfect! olsi our host and vasilis were excellent, and the lady who serviced our room each day was so lovely too, I didn’t catch her name but she was blonde and very pretty and happy, hopefully the owners know who I mean :)

the location wasn’t perfect but it was not far off. Close to some decent restaurants and less than a 10min walk from Óía town.
