Lovely family run hotel. Rooms were large and bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and gave exceptional service.

Upon arrival the shower was a bit stinky but was sorted almost instantly by Spyros who was amazing the whole time we were at the hotel! Breakfast however was passable… paid for breakfast and didn’t bother even waking up for breakfast most mornings we would stay here again but wouldn’t bother to book breakfast! Other food for the pool bar however was great :)

The staff were incredible especially Sergei, our room was beautiful we were in 108 with the private pool and it was nice having your own space! Location was perfect and staff were helpful when getting taxis, renting cars etc! Can’t fault the service whatsoever.

The only thing I would mention is that the music was playing till late at night (11pm). If you want to go to bed earlier, you fall asleep with the music on.

The location was great, a short walk from Tsilivi. The hotel had its own parking. The room was spacious and comfortable, the balcony was great, big spacious shower and bathroom. It had everything I needed including the fridge. The breakfast had good choices. I enjoyed my stay there.

The large pool was cleaned everyday without fail but the smaller one wasn't. When we asked for the smaller pool to be cleaned of a few floating critters someone was sent straight out but this could have just been done every day along with the big pool that was spotless.

The hotel offers great value for money with modern rooms, a nice pool area with greenery and established palm trees. I also enjoyed the relaxing music just what was needed on holiday! The staff were all fantastic but the hotel manager was exceptional my mum had a bad back and attempted a walk to the shop and couldn't make it back. The hotel manager saw us at the shop and took us back to the hotel. He also made time to ask how she was doing and ask us about our stay and how he could improve people's stay. It's nice to visibly see a manager involved in everything in the hotel.

Wi-Fi wasn’t very good and kept falling out . We were in a newly decorated room but there was not much storage to hang clothes etc and you had to hold the shower as there was attachment to put it on the wall.Breakfast was very bland and repetitive with no pastries and a toaster that took an age to toast

Location was perfect .Away from the hustle and a 10 minute stroll into town

Room towel only changed every 3 days. Showers by the pool need updating, the door doesn’t close properly and lights turn off while showering

Recommend for couples, not for solo travelers. Good location.

The hotel is very pleasant and I felt very good and welcomed during my stay. All the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food! Before booking, I considered if should have only breakfast or the all inclusive package. I took the all inclusive and I was so happy about it! Every day they have a different menu, greek food and everything is delicious! There is also the possibility to have snacks like pizza & burgers by the pool in the afternoon. They have a shuttle that will take you to the beach for free, they go 3 times a day, and the sea there is really beautiful! Thank you all for having made my stay beautiful!

We only did B&B but the breakfast was awful. Honestly up there with the worst we have ever had. We did have one lunch and one dinner there and teh qualiry was OK, but the cost for the portion size was far too high. The drinks were also poor quallity - very weak. I paid for a "junior suite" and it wasn't what I expected. The shower leaked over the room floor and when I reported it i was told that they knew about it and that they would give me some extra towels to mop up the water (which I never got). There was also some initial resistance to provide more that the allocated one nespresseo capsule per person per day.

advertised tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which we didn’t have,although I’m sure if we asked they would have provided.

a spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly and efficient staff.The breakfast was excellent and set us up for day. The room had very comfortable beds and a good shower, although we did notice the water a little cooler in the morning. They have a private car park directly opposite the hotel and a mini market about 300m away. I have seen some comments re location but it is literally a stroll into the town.

For us, we prefer a double bed instead of two singles put together so be warned this isn't guaranteed. The room didn't have a full length mirror & no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Shower took a little time to warm up and there wasn't the most wardrobe room, but maybe not an issue if you aren't an overpacker! Location is a little far out, but you can the see the pool from the street but if you move to the other side then the problem is solved.

Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating- we wanted to switch to an upstairs room and they made it happy very quickly! We also unfortunately got food poisoning from a restaurant in town and the staff were amazing about cleaning the room after an unfortunate bout of sickness :/ and calling a doctor when one of us was pretty unwell. Food selection at breakfast was good, though we didn't get to eat much due to illness! It was very typical of the area e.g.eggs, mini Frankfurter sausages, bacon, breads, fruit cereals etc. Looks exactly like pictures in terms of the hotels, rooms come with what you pay for. Bed was comfy and there were two pillows each!! Air con worked perfectly and lots of space in room.

20 minutes walk to the Beach and town not central rooms should come with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities including mugs, a kettle, Barista's choice coffee, decaffeinated coffee sachets, as well as Typhoo tea bags, milk, sugar and sweeteners. card machine behind bar .

The Sunrise is spacious, the pool area is well maintained The room I had overlooked the pool and caught the sun on the balcony during the late afternoon which was perfect. The sun beds around the pool were comfy as they had separate toppers and were not too close together. The pool was spotless and inviting. The room was big, not cramped with excellent en suite facilities. Always had plenty of hot water and the shower had good pressure. The restaurant areas were a good size, plenty of space between tables. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and there was not anything that was too much trouble. They appeared well trained.

All inclusive program was not all inclusive at all. Food quality was average, sometimes we have to go to the restaurant (Valentina’s Castle, very good, 5 minutes by walk) instead of hotel dinner.

Very good hotel rooms. Hotel has a good location. Housekeeping services was good at all - rooms was clean. Pool and pool bar was good, but I will recommend to rent a car and explore beatiful beaches of Zakynthos (those ones at Tsilivi was nice, but little bit expensive).
