Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaI borrowed a car in front door but he gave me an empty tank and because I was not familiar with the car in middle of the road the sign of empty tank come up.and I put full tank and when I complain in return he excuse we give you the empty and you turn it back empty (stupid answer).
The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect. And the room was clean with good facilities.

United StatesThe hot tub/pool on the roof is not heated so we did not use it. But it looks like a nice place to relax on a hot summer's day. Unfortunately, we were there in early-April on only used the rooftop to view the sunrise and enjoy a morning coffee.
Perfect location close to center of Fira and Panoramic View with lots of shops and restaurants. There is a market around the corner which is very convenient. The staff at reception was very friendly and easy going. They had our room ready early when we arrived. They also brought us towels for the beach. We signed up for the 40 euro day tour of the island at reception which was worth it to see all the main sights ending with the sunset in Oia (10:30am to 8:30pm). The room itself is a bit dated but the bathroom is large and modern. It was great value in April and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
