We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hot tub/pool on the roof is not heated so we did not use it. But it looks like a nice place to relax on a hot summer's day. Unfortunately, we were there in early-April on only used the rooftop to view the sunrise and enjoy a morning coffee.
Perfect location close to center of Fira and Panoramic View with lots of shops and restaurants. There is a market around the corner which is very convenient. The staff at reception was very friendly and easy going. They had our room ready early when we arrived. They also brought us towels for the beach. We signed up for the 40 euro day tour of the island at reception which was worth it to see all the main sights ending with the sunset in Oia (10:30am to 8:30pm). The room itself is a bit dated but the bathroom is large and modern. It was great value in April and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Super kind owners. She was waiting for us in the morning even the ferry got delayed for hours. She also let us use other room to take a rest before check in our room. How generous! Renovated clean room and bathroom and cozy balcony is the plus. Arther and cleaning staff also super kind. Overall very well managed accommodation! We were very satisfied and definately recommend to people.

United KingdomThe cleaners came into my room a few times while I had the door locked and in bed after telling them no thanks. Maybe a do not disturb sign would be beneficial? This was nothing to do with the hotel but there was a bit of construction noise across the road so something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Not sure how long it will continue for.
I arrived early and they allowed me to leave my things and take a shower. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with guidance on what to do and how to get about. Arthur was so lovely and helped carry my bags to the bus station :)

FranceI loved my stay at Summer Time villa. Arturo is the best Host you Can dream of and the place is really nice. Bed and shower and terrace , everything is comfortable. I didn't use the pool but it's a great addition with a spectacular view from the roof top Five minutes away from fira's bus station which is where all buses go through so really convenient to visit the Island.
