The host "Vangelis" s very kind and respectful person. The Hotel is right by the beach and a minute or so walk to many local restaurants and shops. The hotel also provides a private beach chair and umbrella for each room.

The location and the view is one of the kind! The hotel has amazing garden, easy access to the beach and extraordinary beautiful private balcony and common balcony areas. Breakfast is served on the private balconies and it’s a great joy! I can’t wait to return there for my next long holiday! Also the host is wonderful! Very friendly!

Nothing! It was perfect!

First of all being welcomed by our host Vagelis who was very kind, friendly and a very thoughtful man we couldn't thank him more for the perfect stay. We were even given a welcome gift on arrival. Amazing customer service. The property is beautiful and well maintained, located right on the beach with sun loungers and umberellas for our use which was perfect. The rooms, bathroom and balcony area were always clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served to us promptly every morning. A great selection of Greek foods, teas, coffees and juice. We can't describe how lovely this food was. The suites were perfectly situated. The availability of everything around us, from restaurants to shops, groceries and even vehicle rental places were all within a few minutes walk without being too in the middle of it all. We will definitely be returning to this place!

I don’t think there was anything negative. Sometimes the noise of airplanes when passing over us but that was shocking the 1st day only.

The villa looks hidden in a garden. Every single detail was thought. It has a very homey feeling both inside and outside. We got breakfast on the terrace with nice Greek yoghurt with cereals, juice, coffee, tea, greet pies or eggs and some pastries or fruits. You also get bread with options of butter, gem, chocolate. Everything was clean and the Roman were cleaned every day and towels changed. Vagghelis and his wife are an example of what hospitality should be about as the villa together with them holds a lot of memories and history 😊

Vaggelis is a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to stay at his beautiful property. Breakfast served to your room on the terrace is a marvellous extra designed to make you feel special. The view of the Mediterranean is fantastic from the terrace. Vaggelis also shared the history of Santorini and offered advice for places to visit. Couldn't fault anything.

The plan noise was a shock but very quickly you get used to it and its not that often anyway

Vaggelis is a wonderful man, the perfect host, helpful friendly and polite. he arrange a car for us, recommended restaurants the way they do breakfast is very special too, they bring it to your room where you sit outside on your own private dining balcony or as we had 2 rooms we went into the garden and ate with our kids (young adults)-perfect way to start your day

Loved this place! Staff was extremely nice and make sure you get an amazing experience. What I see in the pictures is how the hotel looks like. Loved the breakfast and they brought it to your room everyday as soon as you wake up, that makes it amazing! Super relaxing, there are lot of excellent restaurants around and it's in front of the beach. This is by far the nicest staff I have met so far. Loved the experience!

What a hidden gem! Our stay at Vaggelis' place was simply fabulous. This charming little oasis provided the perfect setting for a delightful three-day escape. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Vaggelis, who made us feel like old friends visiting from afar. The surroundings were picturesque, with stunning views of the sea and a beautifully well-kept garden that added to the overall tranquility. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the sound of the planes flying overhead. Luckily, the sound only last a few moments but it is constant throughout the day and even night.

We loved the beautiful, tasteful, cozy atmosphere of the entire property and the suites. The location in front of the beach and at the end of the beach is perfect! Vaggelis takes such good care of the home and you feel at home during your stay. The breakfast is amazing and so appreciated. The beach chairs are included too.

The location - too close to the airport

Very nice accommodation, everything is done with much care. Clean rooms (cleaning every day), beautiful garden with nice lounging areas. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

The only downside is the air traffic. this comes as a bit of a suprise but to be honest isnt a major deal

The only negative of this property is the noise from the planes passing overhead.

The house, room and garden were all beautiful with sunbeds on the beach. There are only 6 rooms but the owner was always available to help with any enquiries and make helpful suggestions or organise transfers or excursions.

Vagelis met us at the front of the property. He was a gracious host and showed us our room. He was available for anything we needed and always willing to help. The garden was beautiful with a wonderful beachfront view. At the start of the strip on Kamari beach with endless restaurants and bars. Absolutely beautiful stay for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

What a warm welcome by Vaggelis and his beautiful beachfront villa. Ocean Bay is the hidden gem of Kamari. Everything you see is handmade and handpicked with lots of passion and love by Vaggelis and his wife. The villa is very clean and the view is breathtaking. The garden is so romantic and fairytale like we wish we could stay forever. We are already missing our seaview breakfast every morning. Our last breakfast we had to miss due to an early flight. But Vaggelis stacked our fridge with all kinds of goodies. It was the best and so attentive. Hope to see you soon my friend.

Beautiful small family run gem! The homemade Greek breakfasts on our porch were outstanding. Gardens and setting were pure magic. It doesn’t get much better than this place! Airplanes flying over head approaching airport were only draw back to the area of Kamari.

We loved everything, only thing I'd say is lacking would be a long mirror in the room.

Everything, the hospitality was amazing and the garden is the best on the island. The rooms are very nice and there's a beach with a bunch of restaurants on it. Couldn't find a single flaw and we loved our stay.
