the host was awesome. The apartment was great. I loved my balcony. We also had perfect weather. It was a block from the beach and there was the most wonderful bakery nearby. The pool is great.

Such a friendly welcome. Large clean well designed room with a lovely balcony and view to the mountain. Clean towels borh days we stayed abd cleaner made the room up lovely. Quiet street but really central to everyrhing. Lovely clean small pool. We'd definitely stay here again. The best shower we'd had in 3 weeks as the shower head was on the wall, or a hand held if you preferred. Grear for longer stays, sorry we had to leave.

the A/C was not cool enough for me. It was so warm in Santorini, I wanted to be able to come back to the room and be cool, especially in the night for sleeping.

The hosts were lovely. So friendly and passinate about all guests enjoying their stay. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to plug in chargers for phones and devices. The terrace was perfect, even a place to hang our wet swim suits. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. There was a wonderful 4 hour bakery just around the corner with coffee, pastries, sandwiches and delicious desserts. Note, the water out of the sinks and shower is very salty, so plan to buy bottles of water, there is a small market across the street from the hotel to buy water and a fridge in the room to keep the water very cold. The pool was very refreshing, plenty of chairs and the pool was very clean. The location was perfect, right by the beach, bakery, resturants, market, ATM and many shops. The host took us to the airport for 40 euros so that was perfect too. My only negetive comment was the AC was not cool enough for me. It was hard for me to sleep due to the heat. I highly reccommend this hotel.

I spent a wonderful week at studios Irineos. Cleanliness, welcoming hosts, and always interested in the comfort of the guests, close to a wonderful beach and the seafront.

Studios Irineos has a very great location, very close to the best beach of the island. Also easy to find comming from the main road, but not too close to the road, so that it has a calm atmosphere. Also a big parking spot is close to the place, as well as a bus stop. For the accomodation and room quality: It is a cute constellation of a few apartments, with a small pool and lot of plants. our room was located in the shade, which is preferable so that it's not getting too hot in the room. It was a room and a bathroom with all necessary amenities, had a good air conditioning system and a rainfall shower. The cleanliness and hygiene was also very good, also towels and bed linen was replaced every day. Also the owner Irene was very friendly and always made sure that everything was alright with us. Also check-in and out was easy, as her boyfriend managed the transfer from an to the airport. We were very happy with the value for the price we paid.

Location is 5 mins from a beautiful black sand beach lined with several restaurants. The room we stayed in was clean and large enough for all your self catering needs. Perfect for a family of 3. The owner Irene is very helpful and very friendly.

The house is nice& cosy. The owner is very helping & replies the message quickly. Shops,simple market is nearby. Black beach is just 3 mins walk. The bus stop(to hotel) is 250m away from the hotel while the other return stop (to Fira) is just very nearby the hotel.

Swimming pool. Sitting and eating breakfast outside in the mornings. Very close to bus stop and shops. Also very close to the beach and all good restaurants. But enough privacy to relax. Host Irini was absolutely great and made so much effort to ensure that everything was fine. Also great with communication. I would most definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Studios Irineos. Even though we were only there for a quick stay it was a perfect location to quickly go to the black beach and it is right by the bus stop to get to Fira. They were very accommodating as we were early and they got our room ready for us quickly. Also, the shower was nice! Water does get out of the shower but it has a nice shower spray :)

Lovely welcome from Irina and our room was perfect. Very well equipped if you want to cook. Nice clean traditional room that has recently been renovated. Friendly family owned- great recommendation for dinner. Cute balcony perfect for a morning frappe. We didn’t use the pool But did use sunloungers which were comfortable.

We spent one night at Studio Irineos and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and had all amenities, including a nice sitting area in front of the room. Close to the beach and supermarket. The hosts were kind, check in and check out were smooth and easy. Nice swimming pool.

It might be not very quiet in the late evening/night, but it depends on who is being hosted (there were some guests who liked sitting by the pool until late night and they talked and laughed really loudly)

Everything was great, hosts were really helpful, room was clean for the entire stay (there is an everyday room service, so towels are replaced everyday) and had everything you need (air conditioning, electric kettle, wifi); very good location - beach, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, car rentals, restaurants, bus stop - everything within 3 minutes of walking

air conditioner, while adequate, was finnicky and did not want to work some nights. Otherwise a wonderful accomodation and they may well have fixed it.

In many years of backpacking and travel, Irineos ranks highly. Kind, patient hosts, thorough & daily cleaning, great location, beautiful building, awesome value for money. Definitely recommend.

Only one minor complaint, extra 35 Euros for return transfer wasn't explained until it was too late to take the bus.

Really friendly staff at a very convenient location. Spotlessly clean, nice pool and sun deck, quiet but close to the beach. Small room with good air conditioning, modern fridge and kitchenette. Bakery and supermarket really close. Easy to get the cheap buses to Fira, Oia etc.

The pool was amazing and the building itself was lovely. the balcony view was nice and the room was spacious with everything we needed. The staff was excellent. Good location, very short walk to the beach, bus stop and shops.
