A little hard to find but the staff was very nice and tired to help and communicate as much as possible.

Room was simple and clean, had nice balcony. Location was great close to the beach and bus stop for Fira was only 8 mins walk from property. Lots of food options nearby.

Very friendly owners - reached out in advance to check my arrival time, also there were no issues due to last minute change and I was able to come earlier than confirmed before. All property is kept clean - clean towels, bed sheets, working AC and fridge, no issues with water pressure and overall shower. Property located in amazing place: 6 mins walk from main street (bus from/to Fira, local grocery shop and restaurants and bars) and not more than 2 mins to the beach (other way).

There was signs that parts of the apartment are not thoroughly cleaned regularly, and this was especially visible in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, regarding amenities, there was nothing provided, there was only soap and one roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the supermarket from day one for basic stuff like water and shampoo. I suggest that the property in the future provides at least one bottle of water, shampoo, body soap and enough toilet paper for the duration of stay. This enhances the feeling of being welcome and actually has not a big cost

Missing a curtain or something to separate the shower from the toilet. The TV didn't work and there was no solution or discount to compensate for it.

The housekeeping comes every other day. Given that the used toilet papers accumulate in the bin, it needs to be emptied daily and not every other day. The appliance is really old and not of the safety standards but works. The bed spring/coil are worn out and gave me sleepless nights

The room was only cleaned once while we were there and we weren’t provided any washing up liquid even though we had a little stove and sink.

Shower could do with something to hold it up, so can use it properly. Bathroom flooded every time of use. The room is basic and a little dated but for the price it's fine.

The location is perfect, having the kitchenette was good, although not much in way of knives, cutlery and pans. We managed. You can use the pool in hotel next door which is great. Bus is 2 minutes walk away. Restaurants nearby. Bed very comfortable. Wardrobe couple of drawers. Balcony with tables and chairs. Kept clean bedding changed. All in all a good start and would stay again

The bed and pillows! We could feel the springs in the bed. The pillows were so flimsy we had to fold them for more firmness. They felt like decorative pillows more than utilitarian ones.

Location was amazing - 5-10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops and atv/scooter rental. We also had our own bathroom which was great. The balcony had a line to dry your swimsuits and towels after the beach.

Great location bus stop and super marketare just outside the lane, the rooms are descent. The owners who main the apartment are very polite and helpful. If you need anything they make sure to make it available.

Perissa is not a desirable place to stay in October as the weather can be tricky plus the sea is already too cold for swimming. Wifi was very weak inside the room. Kinda worked on the balcony, better signal on the patio.

Located right at the beach and perhaps 5min away from the bus stop. Simple accommodation with a makeshift kitchen and a balcony facing south.

The location was perfect, with the bus stop to Fira about 6 minutes away and the beautiful beach just around the corner. The owner was very helpful and kind, caring for our stay. I like sleeping with a summer quilt which was available but there were two big stains on it. The room was absolutely squeaky clean, so I am not sure how they missed that. Not soundproofed.

Very friendly people, amazing location. I ve got a very good deal because I think it was the last room. The room was big and the room facilities brand new. Litteraly 1 min walk from the beach. The view from my room amazing. Highly recommended. The people dropped me to my next accommodation nearby which was really kind. Very clean room!!
