A better shower head was the only thing that could have made this stay perfect.

THE POOL!!! It was quiet. This place was not over crowded at all!! Had lots of sun chairs. The covered potio was nice also for food or to get out of the sun. THE OWNERS/STAFF! They were great. Coordinated our transfers (35€ to Fira, oia, airport), they made us breakfast, gave us beach towels, and just very friendly and kind. THE LOCATION! 2 min walk to black beach- where there's shopping (both nice bags & clothing, as well as fun souvenirs & snorkle gear), food-all restaurants had free lounge chairs (for all day use) with a min of 15€ per person order. The mountains that surround it was beautiful & the church with church bells was an amazing landmark. There's also a bus stop that goes to Fira & Oia at the church (2 min walk) THE ROOMS! We had a pool front room with a patio. Full bed with a nook that has a twin bed. The entire room was large with high ceilings and a small table, mini fridge, tea & coffee and a decent size bathroom.

Just as a note - the water from the taps isn't drinkable and seemed a bit brackish, so we couldn't even use it to make hot drinks. But not a major problem, especially as they supplied a complimentary large bottle of water at the start.

Very quiet location, yet close to the bus stop and the centre of Perissa, with lots of restaurants and bars. Good sized rooms. Enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff. We like Perissa - laid back atmosphere and mostly reasonably-priced.

Like staying in someone’s own home! Friendly, cosy, well equipped & absolutely spotless. Great location & beautiful, quiet pool with comfortable sun beds. The staff could not do enough for my family & I, providing equipment we needed for our 5 month old baby, arranging transfers & late check out. We cannot fault studio letta.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, great location and lovely pool. Great for the kids! Close to the main strip in Perissa and also the hike up the mountain to ancient Thera was well worth it.

There's really nothing to say! I got more than I bargained for, they even helped me book taxis. The water pipe broke one day and they got it fixed immediately. Cleaned my sheets every day. Was an excellent experience. Loved it

I took a single room as I'm travelling solo. The room had a desk, lamps, little balcony, shower / bathroom, some little amenities, even a kettle and iron. The windows could be opened fully or have little mosquito nets. They really thought of everything. Air con was great, pool was lovely. Letta and her family are amazing, they have affordable coffee and snacks on site and they even treated me to some of their home made treats. Right near the beach in Perissa, could not reccomend this enough considering this was also one of the cheapest rooms I could find. 5 stars all day.

The only thing missing for me was a full length mirror, but that’s really minor. For the price I don’t think the hotel can be improved on.

Just a few minutes walk to the beach, first bars and restaurants and the beach. Pool area was clean and very pretty, always beds available ( really good quality cushioned beds). Host was amazing, arranged us a great value taxi when we left the property.Host left water in the fridge for our arrival - very sweet.Shower powerful.

Nothing - everything was as expected or surpassed my expectations.

It wasn’t located along the main strip in Perissa so there were never any noise issues. Studio Letta is simply beautiful and the staff there are so welcoming and helpful. The pool was such a utilised area for me as there isn’t much shade on the beach, so to get some coverage as well as being in the water was amazing!

If I were really picky I’d say the bottom bedsheet moved around and seemed too small - don’t they use fitted sheets in Greece? I dunno. But still slept well

I am not sure why there are complaints online about Lettas because it’s practically faultless. Beautiful helpful staff, can’t beat location (easy walk to beachfront), quiet, amazing pool, comfy room with porch and washing line, good air con and reliable wifi. Sooo glad my teen daughter and I stayed here rather than in Fira. Would come back here in a heartbeat

This was a great family run hotel. It was very central to Perissa beach, the bus stop & all shops and restaurants. It was a peaceful haven away from madness of places like Fira & Oia. The swimming pool was great & big for swimming. The room was very clean. Great stay and would return on a future trip.

If you dream of a perfect holiday destination - this is it! Studio Letta has it all! Perfect location: just a few steps from shops, market, restaurants etc., yet in a quiet area. Room was very cosy, well equipped and has an astonishing view. The owner is such a nice and warm-hearted person, ready to help you with any problem. We highly recommend this place!!!

Can’t fault studio Letta, a lovely little hotel run by very friendly people. Spotlessly clean, Fantastic location to shops and perissa beach. Large pool area with loungers. Room 305 had a brilliant view from the balcony of the blue dome church. Everything you need in the room for your convenience - iron, kettle, fridge, utensils, beach towels, hairdryer.

The only one thing. I didn't have warm water under shower. They recommended me to wait for warm water but unfortunatelly it didn't change. Under sink waiting worked.
