Great location, beautiful view, sea and restaurants nearby. The garden is well-kept, there is a nice gazebo in the yard. Car parking is safe. The family is willing and kind. Great place for vacation.

The owner, Anna, was very friendly and eager to attend to any of our needs. The breakfast, cooked by her, was delicious and included a variety of local goodies. The room was very clean and comfortable for two people. We would totally recommend it to anyone and hope to visit again.

Great accommodation and a wonderful holiday. Family hotel in the south of Sithonia. The apartments are very comfortable and have everything you need for enjoyment. Each studio has a nice terrace. The parking lot is right next to the house, and it's not as crowded as in other places in Sithonia. Porto Koufo is a quiet fishing village, in a beautiful bay, a few minutes from Toroni. The location is suitable for visiting Sithonia and beautiful beaches. There is a nice beach in the place, with three bars and several fishermen's taverns, where the food is excellent. Anna is a wonderful, kind and always smiling hostess, to be highly praised. We felt at home. We recommend the homemade breakfast in the garden, which makes the stay in this accommodation magical. I heartily recommend it. We will always stay with Anna and Dimitri in Sithonia. ❤️

Weak wifi.

Host (Anna) was very kind, we get great tips on nearby beaches. The neigborhood was quiet, althought the accomodation was on main road. A great starting point for other beaches in the area.

Authentic atmosphere of Greece on the highest level of service! We were traveling with wife by bus and our lovely host kindly asked us whether we need to buy something in the supermarket, because it was almost 2km away, which frankly speaking does not feel far away when the road is full of awesome sea and mountains views. She was so kind and friendly that even got up early in the morning only to say bye and give us self made soap and grown in their own garden olives. Apart from all that I do not even mention regular cleaning and perfect clean from the very beginning in the room, because it looks obvious already for this place. 5 stars! Above any expectations!

The owner is a great, kind person. The place is near to a beautiful wild beach, I suppose one of the best at Chalkidiki. Our room was super clean :) I hope one day we will come back to Studios Kofos Limin.

Nothing to not like

Location was great, easy to park, clean, comfortable, with everything you need in the apartment. The surroundings were superb. Anna the host was the nicest person you could wish to meet, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was a fountain of knowledge and had a constant smile on her face. This is definitely a return to accommodation. Definitely a 10 out of 10 in every way.
