The location and view were both excellent! We had a balcony with a spectacular view. It was very quiet at night, even though we were right in the center of things. The host was super nice and welcoming. Always helpful and concerned that my daughter and I had a great time! Which we did. Thank you.

There was no sign outside, but still located it easily by asking in the nearby shop. The outside didn’t look as smart as others nearby, but inside was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, amazing view, great location, loved the balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, easy to walk to everything, handy little shop opposite.

The accommodation was excellent but very exprbdive compared to other parts of Santorini.

The location was excellent, right on the main path in Oia. The balcony looked out over the town and the sea. Breakfast isn’t included but there is a bakery 2 mins away to buy croissants, orange juice and coffee and a mini supermarket for bigger appetites. Maria was a wonderful host. She arranged a taxi to the ferry port and on our return visit later to the airport.

Loved the location, and it’s uniqueness. The terrace facing the volcano and caldera was great for sitting and people watching but was still private. The restaurant below was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our room! The host was very kind and prompt and we had an amazing balcony with an amazing view. Located on a main pedestrian walkway we were the perfect location away from the street so that we could people watch without feeling like we were also being watched. The view of the nearby square was phenomenal along with out over the caldera. Just a smidge from having the perfect sunset view but we found it better to stay on the balcony vs joining the crowds in the streets, we still had fantastic colors over the caldera and buildings. Small reasonably priced local market is right across the street and there was a mini fridge for wine and breakfast yogurt - super close to everything without being loud or feeling like we had no privacy. Would highly recommend.

The bed was VERY, VERY firm. We did not sleep well. Also, the view was beautiful but definitely could not see the sun 'set' on the water as I expected. It set behind the buildings of Oia. The photos I provided were taken with my arm stretched out the balcony...to give perspective of the sunset location

The view was beautiful. The room was cosey, clean and in a very convenient location. Host Maria was lovely and very accommodating. The shower pressure was great. The airconditioning and internet worked really well. The accommodation was stocked with all the dinnerware we needed to enjoy a dinner for two on our balcony at sunset.

Thin hard twin mattress would be better if had a rolled up mattress cover with extra foam to put on top of it. Just a simple option. Balcony door sometimes hard to open but might just be me. Otherwise perfect!

Location right on Pedestrian walkway of Ooia only one flight of stairs and above wonderful Greek Restaurant. Market just across walkway to left with good prices and selections. View of sea from 3 windows and front row seat to the Aagean from the private shaded balcony!

Clear instructions to find the hotel as it is above a restaurant and not obvious.

That view was AMAZING!!! The room was simple but clean and nice and exactly what we expected. A little difficult to find but we got there in the end and was the perfect base to explore Oia and sit back and enjoy those iconic views!

The property is great, so no major points against it. A point for improvement would be the kitchenette which is extremely small and not suitable for any cooking other than a tea or coffee. A bigger hot plate and a cooking pan would make the place excellent and even more family friendly, specially for cooking everyday meals for kids.

Location was excellent. Very close to supermarket. About 7-8 min walk from the bus station and very close to nearby shops and restaurants. Place was cleaned every day and staff were very nice and friendly.

Their parking space could be cleaned up a bit or at least better organized. Maria had communicated with me prior to our arrival where the parking space was but when we arrived we thought it wasn't the place because it had so much junk in the lot. An old car on stands, an old boat, and construction debris all over the place. It was difficult to navigate in between the junk. If it was simply cleaned up and organized better it could be a really nice place to park several cars within it. As it is now only one car can really fit. However, I realize, I like things to be orderly and this is only my unasked for opinion. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was the restaurant/tavern was closed due to tax issues. I'm not sure if they are separate from the rooms or not but it was a little unnerving upon arrival to see the place marked off with ribbon and a huge tax notice on the window. The door into the place was hard to open. One has to really pull hard to open it. I thought it was locked for the longest time. The room is really tiny with all of the things they have in it. A sofa, a table with chair, refrigerator and closet. With all of these items within this small room we had a difficult time with our luggage. We couldn't leave our luggage in one place. When we had to use our luggage we had to put it on the bed, open it, retrieve what we needed, close it and put it back in the corner. Again I realize this is a first world problem. I did not like the bed. I thought it was extremely hard and I had a difficult time sleeping on it. However, my wife, seemed to have no issues with it.

The location was perfect. The view from our balcony is incredible. The host Maria was very friendly. The price point for this place, in Oia, is truly the best value around. The room was very cleaned The bathroom fixtures appear to be brand new

Door handle to balcony needs replacing as we almost got stuck on the balcony!

Amazing view - didn’t really have to leave the apartment! Maria was such an incredible host, she was so helpful, kind and caring. We were able to store our bags in the restaurant underneath the hotel before our late ferry departure. Good amenities and lots of kitchenware for our balcony picnic.
