Great location and view. Strong wifi and air conditioning. It’s a small place but the staff were very helpful and accommodating. If there is anything you need, just ask! They were very accessible.

Unfortunately, the owners seem to think that their small cramped place with its uncomfortable beds is worth the exorbitant price that they charge.

The host Maria was amazing. She was VERY friendly and did an amazing job cleaning and taking care of the property. Unfortunately, Maria is not the owner.

There is no sign that says it’s Stelio’s Rooms. it’s an unmarked old taverna and you need to walk up the stairs and knock on Maria’s door on room 4 for the keys. Once we figured that out our experience was amazing!

Very private studio loft & gorgeous view from the balcony. Maria was the sweetest host and did everything in her power to help us have the best time. She felt like our santorini yiayia watching out for us. She answered all our questions & gave us a fabulous boat tour recommendation. We loved her! Just note that I do speak greek, so that did help us communicate with her better.

The location and view were both excellent! We had a balcony with a spectacular view. It was very quiet at night, even though we were right in the center of things. The host was super nice and welcoming. Always helpful and concerned that my daughter and I had a great time! Which we did. Thank you.

It is wonderfully traditional in character, and exceptionally good value for such an excellent location and view. Maria, who seems to be the caretaker, is not only meticulous and attentive, but a warm and lovely woman

The accommodation is a little tired…. that is not a reflection on Maria…. as she is a wonderful host… her boss is a lucky man to have her !!!

There was no sign outside, but still located it easily by asking in the nearby shop. The outside didn’t look as smart as others nearby, but inside was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, amazing view, great location, loved the balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, easy to walk to everything, handy little shop opposite.

The accommodation was excellent but very exprbdive compared to other parts of Santorini.

The location was excellent, right on the main path in Oia. The balcony looked out over the town and the sea. Breakfast isn’t included but there is a bakery 2 mins away to buy croissants, orange juice and coffee and a mini supermarket for bigger appetites. Maria was a wonderful host. She arranged a taxi to the ferry port and on our return visit later to the airport.

Loved the location, and it’s uniqueness. The terrace facing the volcano and caldera was great for sitting and people watching but was still private. The restaurant below was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
