The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They make you feel home. Special thanks to the owner. The room was as seen in the pictures. The sea is fantastic - always flat, warm and 100 m away from the hotel. You must be aware that Stavros is a small town, thus do not expect a luxurious facility like a 5-star hotel and only focus on enjoying your holiday with available utilities. For a cozy holiday, this hotel is apparently the best in town!

Internet is terrible everywhere in the hotel. You can't open any site or load an image. Unable to check mailbox. A real disappointment for the price we paid.

Breakfast was in a really weird place, also there was not a variety of food, and the omelet must have been cooked in not a good oil. Soundproofing unfortunately was non existent. :(

Very very poor signal for wifi internet in the room, no signal to the phone in the room to speak or to send messages or use internet from personal network - we needed to go out of hotel to talk (even in rain). The door of the room was broken over night and we couldn’t opened the door from outside. Was nobody in the morning at reception for hours. After talking with the lady from reception and asked her not to enter in our room without our presence, she had lack of respect and opened the door without our presence and let the door opened with all our thinngs inside and then announced us about this. We changed the room, but it took hours to be prepared… again lack of respect of our time. We didn’t felt safe and secured. Only her colleague was nice and last day appologies for the incidents.

WiFi! When you write you have wifi it is supposed to work and not to pray you'll connect on one of 5 networks available. It takes ages to connect to one that actually has internet access and when you do the connection gets interrupted over and over again, has poor speed that it even takes ages to download your emails. Next, poor maintenance. I know it is not a 5* luxury resort, and I don't expect everything to be high quality but at least it can be maintained properly. The toilet seat got almost yellow and all wobbly, the cover of the floor drain moves as you step on it, the faucet leaks water all over the bathroom counter. The shower wasn't descaled like ever, it got all black from water that didn't drain out. We paid almost €200 per night for something called Junior Suite but actually that is a 25m2 room with 3 beds and one single sofa bed, all in one room, nothing more except above mentioned bathroom. Housekeeping cleans your room daily but tops up amenities and towels only when asked for at the reception once you realize you have 2 sets of towels for a family of four occupying the room. When we complained at the reception they gave us new amenities and additional sets of towels. The next day everything was fully changed again. We didn't have anywhere to place our wet towels and swimming suits after a day at the beach so we put it on the terrace chairs. Other rooms did have tho. The room we had, 106, has no privacy since it is located on the ground floor and all guests going from that wing to the pool pass our room. Of course they all take a glance out of curiosity. We had to keep our blinds shut if we didn't want anyone to peak at our beds through the double terrace door. Even the people in the house next door who are casually sitting in their garden are regularly informed of our daily routine. To continue about room 106. It is right by the pool, but no pool view tho because the terrace door looks at the neighbors which is fine.

I cannot say it's a bad breakfast but it is far from good too. There is the same variety every morning (continental part, one cheese, one ham, two types of eggs, 2 types of sausages, some salads and some bakery and that's it). It was fresh and regularly filled up. It has a nice pool and a children's pool as well. The advantage of the room we had ("Junior Suite" - nowhere near real junior suite but they named that kind of room junior suite because why not) was that it is right next to the pool and you can leave the kids sleeping in the room while you take a bath. We didn't do that since we went to the beach each day but we could.

We stayed in a room in the older part of the hotel, where the biggest concern was the bathroom. The shower head could not be fixated to stay upright so we always had to hold it while showering and it was rather uncomfortable. Adding a shower curtain or a glass cover would be great, since the whole bathroom was wet after we showered.

The breakfast was pleasant, new things were added every couple of days. The location is also quite nice, since it is only a few minutes away from Stavros Beach, where you can find a lot of beach bars.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Perfect location, 1 minute from the beach, close to the center and shops, friendly staff. If you don't know English or Greek, no problem, the two girls are from Serbia, so you can communicate in your own language. We booked a standard double room, its clean and comfortable, the beds had new mattresses, the internet was excellent. The pool is very nice, its renovated this year and the sunbeds on the pool are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was varied, dinner also. I can recommend this hotel.
