I loved that we had a host (Anna) contact us before our arrival. That was the first impression I had of my stay and it made me happy. Everything about Splendid Suites were phenomenal, from the friendly staff, to the amenities, and last but not least the clean rooms. Any time I had a question Anna was there to provide the help I needed. One of the best places I’ve stayed! I’ll recommend this place to anyone I know who comes to Mykonos to visit! 10/10.

Loved everything about this hotel! I was greeted upon arrival by Annie and she was available via whatsapp 24/7. Cold waters in the fridge, plenty of towels, great A/C, the bed was SO comfy... and theres Netflix! Anything i needed such as laundry or a ride somewhere, she was there to respond and help me out! Booked my room very last minute and got a great deal on Booking.com and everyone was very accommodating. I was staying by myself and i felt very safe as there is a gate code and surveillance videos to enter the property. My room had a shared pool with 2 others, which ws awesome! I felt as if i was in my own little heaven! My shower would not get cold at first, and Annie assisted me and got it fixed right away! 10/10 would recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

The hotel is too much close to airport. We had a taxi but it took only 10 second. So, you can walk easily. The host was really nice and helpful. We had a free upgraded room. The cleaning servise was perfect. The room has pools inside and outside. It was a magical experience. We will choose the same hotel for next year! You should also make reservation, you won't be regret.

The host throughout the stay could not have been more helpful! From booking a driver for us, to having bottled water in the fridge already for us on arrival, to helping us with any problems, to recommending a restaurant that would deliver food to us despite our very late arrival time. The villa was absolutely beautiful on both the outside and inside, and it was all immaculately kept. The views outside and the pathway down to the sea were just unbelievable, we really could not have picked a more gorgeous and idyllic location.

It’s a luxury hotel with perfect location.. walking distance from the old town. And it’s very safe with private gate. They are very generous and welcoming.. we were lucky and got an upgrade upon arrival. We got a suite with a shared pool (between only 3 suites) but to looks like it’s just ours. Sure I would come again to this hotel ❤️

Amazing feeling to have an own private pool in the room, it was great to go for a swim straight out of the bed. Location is great, calm and quiet and stil very close to everything. Our hostess Annie was very kind and helpfull and every communication with her was quick and easy.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and every detail was considered. Annie was very kind and helpful in helping me book taxis as well, and it’s only a 20 min walk to the center of Little Venice.

Wish there was 11 stars lol Me and my partner stayed there for 5 nights. The best package you can wish for, during your stay in Mykonos. Unbelievable experience, sympathetic, caring and loving staff, Annie & Margaret were angels who helped us so much if we had any question at any time. Fantastic room service, great vibes, super clean room, perfect neighborhood, great location… and the photos look the same as the hotel. They are real haha I would go back 100 more times and absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. 😊

The room was very comfy, and the host was very nice and friendly. The location is extremely convenient. You would want to know the complex is 3-ish minutes away from the public bus stop if you plan to use it. The complex is perfect for partying, but also for a romantic trip. Big shout out to Annie and the staff !

The villa was great! A spectacular location, world-class property. Loved the vibe and the aesthetic. The staff is superlative, friendly and attentive. STAFF is luck of sens, not descrete or simply rude. When we arrived, they didn't provide us with any information, we had to request everything. They gave us the keys of the entrance door but they didn't tell us that we needed a code to go out of the complex, which it was obvious that we needed to go out to get food due that the villa doesn't provide ANY meal. We had a person cleaning the pools all the afternoon, we understand that this must be done, but seriously, he needed so many hours to clean? He passed through our garden all day long, every day, so we actually didn't have privacy. Cleaning staff is rude, they knock the door and automatically enter into the room (even if the door is locked, they will open your door) without waiting for you to answer... We took a transfer from the airport, she "stole" us 35euros for a 3min drive...she "threatened" us with leaving because we made her wait a bit longer at the airport while we were claiming some delayed/lost luggage... During all our stay staff didn't speak good english or just pretended not to understand us.

The environment is quiet, and we had two pools only for ourselves.

We chose this accomodation because me were 2 friends travelling together and did not want to share a bed. When we booked the room, the description indicated that there were 1 double bed and one sofa bed. When we arived at the property we where welcomed by a cleaning lady and a member of the acounting office, they said that they upgraded us to a better room. To our surprise, "the better room" was that instead of the sofa bed it had a small indoor pool (more like a large jaccuzi). We informed them that we do not want the upgrade, because we want seperate beds. They said that they are not the ones that book the rooms, the person responsible was absent and couldn;t be reached by phone, so we had to wait and they will try contacting her so that they know what to do. To cut the story short, it turned out the room we booked was occupied by someone else and they tried to trick us into staying at another room, calling it upgrade. When we insisted we get the room we booked, they left us waiting alone and tired for almost 2 hours and then they gave as a villa to use for 1 day, until the room we booked would be availaible. conclusion: 1) they lied to us, saying that they did not have a triple room. Later, they found one 2) they made us change rooms, because it suited them better 3) We where supposed to check in at 15:00, but they made us wait for 2 hours before they gave us a room!!! and finally checked in at 17:00, ruining our first day there. 4) Extremelly rude! They day we were supposed to check out (check out until 11:00), 2 cleaning ladies knocked our door and said "they told us you should leave now"!!! Those where their exact words... Leave now...
