Maria and her team go out of their way to make your stay a perfect one. We were met in the square and escorted to the property a 2 minute walk away. The views are magical…a full view of the caldera from one of the highest points. They have an app with many great hints of what to do, restaurants, etc. We followed many of the recommendations and were never disappointed.

We can't think of any way that the stay could have been improved! Know that there are steep stairs if that is an issue for you. Worth it though!!

Very personal and thoughtful service, really felt that our vacation experience was important to them and that we were important to them. Breakfast was amazing! Prepared fresh, delivered to our patio table in the morning. Always with a personal conversation with Themis and/or Maria. Our hosts were what really made this such a perfect experience. The view was amazing, the accommodations were everything we could want. Liked the pathway walk to Fira and the market across the street. Would certainly tell everyone headed to Santorini to stay here!

Beautiful location with outstanding views as it’s quite high up. Lots of space, comfy bed and a wonderful big terrace with a fabulous warm plunge pool. Themis and Maria were amazing hosts, so helpful and friendly. Home cooked delicious breakfast delivered to our terrace each morning! A great location too - close to everything but away from the really busy touristy centre.

I stayed in the studio for one week just before the start of the tourist season. The view from the studio is just amazing. The hosts Maria and Themis are also amazing. Every morning a great healthy breakfast brought to the studio. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wifi is great. You can just walk to Fira in 15 minutes. Perfect!!

Amazing Cardella and Sunset view, no need to go anywhere else. You can sit in you apartment balcony and enjoy the view. Host Maria and Themis are amazing, all time available to help and support.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

We would definitely recommend Spitia Tzitzi, We stayed in the Master Cave Villa, which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, also included kitchen and private jacuzzi. The place was like home from home, very clean and comfortable. Maria and Themis were incredible hosts. Maria in particular spent a lot of time with us, she shared amazing stories with us on the history of Spitia and Santorini itself. You can't go wrong staying in their place. The views are unbelievably breathtaking, breakfast was made by Maria it was so good, something different every morning. We can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

We loved everything, the place is simply amazing, beds was excellent. The apartment have everything what you could need. We really loved the place, terasse and pool which made our stay absolutely perfect! The views from the apartment are really breathtaking, facing the caldera and you can enjoy the most romantic sunsets. On top of it you will find amazing people with open hearts who are ready to help you with anyrything. I would recommend Spitia Tzitzi and I hope we come back.

Nothing to add here! Only one note to be careful walking on steps out of pools, etc. (as expected anywhere on the island though) as when wet can be quite slippery!

Our group of friends had the most fantastic 4 night stay at Spitia Tzitzi. We booked three rooms at the property for our group of 10 and it was so convenient to be right next to each other with access to both plunge pool and hot tub during our stay. The views from the location are absolutely phenomenal and I cannot say enough great things about our hosts. Breakfast served on patios each morning was a highlight of the group and everyone looked forward to the amazing homemade juice and food each day. In addition to preparing this wonderful meal each morning, Themis went above and beyond to help us with any/all transportation, reservations, tour bookings, etc. we needed while on our stay (no small feat with such a large group)!

nothing we didn’t love, but a couple things to note! the jacuzzi is very warm but is not a hot tub (does not get up to 100+ temperature). we still spent tons of time in it and loved it! also, you cannot flush toilet paper, but they provide a bidet so it still was great!

The view was stunning, the staff were incredibly helpful, the location was amazing (quick walk to anywhere in Imerovigli, bit longer walk to Fira). they provide breakfast each morning which was delicious and helped us start the day off well!

Nothing, everything was exceptional

Everything about our stay was incredible. Our hosts Maria and Themis went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and even included freshly squeezed juices and jams with fruit from their garden. The location is perfect, you will get the most incredible view of the Caledra and the ocean, you can sit and watch the view for hours. We had a beautiful room with a large terrace with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious with its own lounge/dining and the bed very comfortable. Super quiet to sleep and a lovely setting. An easy walk into the town Fira close by and I’d recommend to do the hike to Oia aswell. Do yourself a favour and stay here. This was my favourite accomodation I’ve ever stayed at, which comes down to not only the stunning location but the hosts Maria and Themis making it such an enjoyable stay. To top it off, Themis even delivered our phone to the port when we realised we had left it in the street as we were leaving!! So kind of him. Maria even made us a delicious packed breakfast on the day we were leaving. We will be back again!!

The only thing was the water for the shower didn’t stay warm for very long.

The view was incredible!!! Themis was wonderful and very helpful with everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing time :)

The stairs down to the property are many and steep.

The view is the best in Santorini. even through surrounding towns were busy - this property was more peaceful.

The steps down and up were tough at times but everything was lovely.

I loved the location. The breakfast was included but had too much bread and was a little cool by time it was delivered from the local restaurant.

Where do I begin with Spitia...Hands down the best hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Europe.The hospitality we received from Amar and Maria was excellent.From meeting Amar to checking in into our rooms,the magical unobstructed Caldera views,having the option of choosing your breakfast the day before for some variety.Everything was perfect.We will definitely go back and recommend them to everybody going to Santorini 10/10

Everything was great from start to finish. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and beautifully maintained. The location was in a great spot within Imerovigli. It was very close and in walking distance to Thera and Firostefani but Imerovigli had lots to do with excellent restaurants.
