Absolutely nothing. It was straight out of a Santorini dream.

Everything! Heated plunge pools were perfect for us and our children, this property had everything! Not just a great view, but THE view. Everyone takes their blue dome photos right on the other side of the entrance door and this space gives you your own private view without the lines! The space was well stocked with necessities like clothing steamer, wine opener, etc. The breakfast was absolutely luxurious! We can’t wait to return.

Nothing. Everything was spectacular.

OMG! Above and beyond! Spectacular spectacular! This is an absolute must! Stop endlessly searching for a place to stay in Oia and commit to this place! 100% worth the money. Ned (the man! the host!), Nina (the housekeeper), and Islam (the porter) are incredible! Ned is worth his weight in gold. You will never find a better host in your life. The location, the views, the accommodation, everything is 10 out of 10, A +, 5 star!

The water heater becomes cold after about 5 minutes. We stayed at the volcano cave house with 2 bedroom and 2 baths. We can barely use the 2nd bathroom upstairs to shower because it’s more of a bathroom with a small nozzle for the shower. So the 4 of us had to take a bath on the downstairs bathroom

Would have been better if there were more options for breakfast, such as sausage, bacon, etc.

It was a very big duplex. A housekeeper brought breakfast every morning. It did not have a bacon, egg, or sausage, but at least there were cheese, salami, and raisin, which was okay. Jacuzzi was good with nice ocean view. Living room was big so we could chill and relax. Also, it is located very close to the supermarket so it is possible to get almost everything we need whenever we want. It is just a stone's throw away, a couple of minutes to walk down the road.

Our recent stay at the breathtaking location at Spitia Santorini was nothing short of magical. Nestled against the stunning backdrop of the caldera, this charming abode offered us a front-row seat to the mesmerizing beauty of the Aegean Sea. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the panoramic views that greeted us, showcasing the iconic blue domes right next to us and pristine white buildings that Santorini is renowned for. The serenity of the surroundings immediately whisked us away into a realm of tranquility. Stepping inside, we were met with a sanctuary of elegance and comfort. Impeccably clean and exquisitely appointed, every corner of the accommodation exuded a sense of luxury and refinement. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor that complemented the traditional Cycladic architecture. Yet, it was the unparalleled view from our private terrace with two private jacuzzis that truly stole our hearts. Whether basking in the warm glow of the sunrise or savoring the vibrant hues of the sunset, each moment spent overlooking the caldera was a cherished memory etched into our souls. Our 10 year old daughter was utterly impressed. The hospitality extended to us by our amazing host Ned further enhanced our experience, ensuring that every need was met with warmth and efficiency. His local insights and recommendations and warm personality added an extra layer of authenticity to our Santorini adventure, allowing us to immerse ourselves fully in the rich culture and heritage of this enchanting island. The daily breakfast with so many options for vegetarians and ther daily room service was surely 5 star worthy. In summary, our stay at Spitia Santorini was nothing short of perfection. It provided us with a sanctuary of serenity amidst the splendor of nature, leaving us with memories that will last a lifetime.

Unable to find any unsatisfactory areas

The balcony has two floors above and below, facing the sunset. The scenery is very beautiful, and there is no need to go crowded to watch the sunset. You can completely lie on the balcony for a day. Ned was also very enthusiastic and arranged for the pick-up and drop off machines and luggage handlers. I am very satisfied with the accommodation for this honeymoon trip.

EVERYTHING!! This place was absolutely amazing and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us !! Even after we checked out he made sure we were all set and had something we could do in between our airport transfer ! He was amazing …. If you’re thinking about booking here but on the fence…book it !! We stayed in the fisherman’s cave and there was no public walk way (like some reviews on google mentioned)… just ask the owner if you are unsure but we loved the fisherman’s cave !! Lots of stairs to get to and from the place but that’s all of OIA …. No surprises there and you won’t get around it anywhere else ! Enjoy - the views were phenomenal!!

Everything! The property was clean, well maintained, just as photographed! Location was in the middle of Oia, perfect. No stairs to get to it-a minutes walk for the perfect Sunrise view. Ned was amazing and so helpful from arranging transport to suggesting restaurants and places to catch sunset views! We will be back!

Sooooo many steps to get to the location of the property. Having not been to Oia before I don’t think we realized the full situation. Glad we can at the age that we did and did not wait till we were any older.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel and the staff. This is definitely the most beautiful view, so much so we cancelled our plans one night just to stay and watch the sunset, you couldn't have a better experience anywhere else on the island. The room is the perfect side and even the bathroom has such an amazing view. Breakfast is great as well, very fresh and perfect to start the day. We would definitely go back!

The size of the rooms was a little small and the second bathroom in particular was a bit rustic.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The facilities were very clean.
