The staff were so helpful with laundry and making sure we had water every day! We had plates and silverware and a tea kettle which was lovely for bringing home fresh fruit and having afternoon tea. The location is walking distance from the beach, bus stop, and lovely places to eat.

The Service Lady spoke only russian and very poor english. Salty tap watter, hard to use for tooth wash. Thin walls, you can hear through if the neighbours are loudy, or you, but we were lucky with good ones.

A very nice location. A small walk until the beach. Plain water bottles offered free of charge. Verry appreciated. Appreciated that the room had no TV, but air conditioning device. Good shower and bathroom with small window. Good kitchinette. Good refrigerator. Good bed. 😊

All the information on Booking com did not quite correspond to reality. For example, there was no washing machine in the room and we only got the toaster after we asked for it. We were allowed to use the hotel's washing machine after we asked it.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the room had a see view. It was just 5-10 mins walk to the beach. The staff Lena was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely visit the place again.

Studio rooms clearly used to be joined, the internal door between rooms is now filled in, this could do with some better soundproofing - there was a group of girls staying next door who were very loud and you could hear everything. Bed was not the most comfortable.

Everything! Sofia the host was really lovely and welcoming! She gave good recommendations for places to eat, was very flexible with room cleaning times, and helped me to get my laundry done! The room was incredibly clean! Tea, coffee, and bottled water provided and refreshed daily. Toiletries provided, beach towels provided! Basic kitchenette available. WiFi signal was good! Villa is just a short walk to the Perissa beach strip, where there are plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, and beach clubs to choose from. Overall this place was good value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Would have been nice to get top up of tea bags and coffee each day or when we ran out.

Hotel manager was really lovely, welcoming us and helping us with any questions we had. Bottled water provided everyday which was great, and hotel felt safe, clean and friendly. It was a great location - in a quiet area - but less than 5 mins away from main town with everything you could ever need. Our balcony and window view was stunning - could see the sea and classic Santorini churches - we had homemade breakfast on balcony every morning, made easy with good kitchen facilities and fridge.

Need to adhere to the toilet paper going in the bin & not flushing it - but it’s no big deal. The tap water is not drinkable. Noisy guests at early hours of the morning, but not the hosts fault!

Great hostess Sofia was on hand any time to assist. The location to black beach and shops was only 5 min walk away so easy to get around on foot .

Great view, mountain on one side, sea on the other. Very friendly and welcoming host. The little touches such as bottles of water, coffee, biscuits everyday were great. Very clean and the towels changed regularly.

It‘s a really nice Hotel with the possibility to cook at your own because of the integrated kitchen. There is no pool yet but you are very close to the beautiful black sand beach of Perissa. Sofia was the nicest host and did everything to make us feel comfortable!

Sofia is a great host. She is very caring and helpful. She provided us with beach towels and was always available. The room is perfectly clean. The location is 5min walk to the beach and Perissa bus stop which makes it extremely convenient to enjoy multiple activities during the stay. I highly recommend as the price/quality ratio is worth it

Everything was wonderful. beautifully clean room. very kind and caring staff who helped us with everything. the room equipment was new and clean, they gave us 2 bottles of water every morning. the location is beautiful , amazing view, quiet place and everything nearby. if I ever come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.

Shower was a bit too small, the border of it wasn't high enough too make a difference, and the bathroom would always be inundated because of that. The room and bathroom would be cleaned daily so it was less of a bother.
