The location was too remote for me without a car, and I relied on busses to get around. They did not always stop where they should have. From the on-line booking site, I could not guage how far removed it was from Fira and Oia. Other than that, I had no problems with the property or people.

The apt was comfortable, and Kostas, the Mgr, was very helpful and personable. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Breakfast offered a nice variety of sweet and savory.

Location is far off. You need a car. While there is a bus station right in front of hotel, busses are extremely crowded and you can wait for a long time till it is your turn to get on one (there was a very long line to get on the bus). On the other hand, driving on the crowded areas in Santorini is a nightmare.

Kostas, the general manager, is awesome. He goes above and beyond the expectations. Santorini can be tough for tourists, especially during the high season, but Kostas ensured that everything was smooth.

No cutlery and crockery or even a bottle opener in the room. An additional pillow would have also been great

A bit far from the main cities, but the local bus runs through and will take you to Oia and Fira for €1.60

The staff was excellent. The manager, Kostas, takes his job very seriously. His knowledge, expertise and guidance allowed us to enjoy all of Santorini within our short 3 night stay. Hotel breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We always came back to clean rooms with cozy beds and many towels. Our group of 14 was accommodated without a hitch. 10/10 would stay again.

The only suggestion I would give is for the owners to invest into more comfortable mattresses. Catching up on some quality sleep is really important to us on holidays and we have some back issues so struggled to get a good night rest on a hard mattress we happened to have in our room.

The service provided by Costas, who runs the day-to-day operations of the hotel, is absolutely exceptional. We felt very welcome and were well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. The hotel grounds are green, beautiful and well-kept. The pool area is lovely. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Oia at guests’ request, which made it very easy for us to have a wonderful time and visit the town without having to worry about parking, driving etc. Costas also provided us with excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at, all of which turned out to be amazing! There is a small but very nice beach 5 minutes away from the hotel, so we had a choice of venturing further into the island, or just flopping on the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel for quiet escapes.

Everything was perfect.

The property has a very big pool, in which you can actually swim and not just put your feet in. Next to the property there is a bus stop that can take you everywhere on the island.

The Hotel is on a busy street. We purposely selected the hotel for its location and we were surprised and disappointed by all the road noise. The beds were uncomfortable. The Air Conditioning worked fine in the main bedroom but there wasn't an air conditioner where the twin beds were. It was very hot in that room. They offer a free breakfast, which is nice, but they didnt have anything cooked like eggs or pancakes. We had to go out every day for food. The beach is ok - it is a long hike/walk and the beach itself is mostly rock. Fine if you are expecting that but not so great if you are looking for a good beach.

Kostos who is the General Manager was awesome! He stayed late to make sure that we were able to park our vehicle and that we were checked in properly. He was extremely helpful recommending activities and what we should do while we were there. He was genuinely concerned for my families' safety and well being.

It has nothing to do with the Hotel. Only for your information that it is better to have a car. There is a bus stop outside the Hotel but I advise you to have a car for your own comfort.

The Hotel was very cozy. The swimming pool was outstanding. You can relax and enjoy your snacks. The traditional rooms were clean with enough space for us who were 5 persons. Kostas the manager was very helpful and spend his personal time to help us and to give all the information about the island. Ευχαριστούμε πολυ και θα τα ξαναπούμε.

Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the beach, we had a great adventure with big waves. The hotel is situated a bit off so you need to use the local bus or rent a car to see other places. The manager helped us and recommended different things to see. We also enjoyed staying by the pool.
