The unit has 2 bedrooms. The bedroom up top is a little difficult to get to because you have to use a ladder . Also upstairs there is really no place to put your stuff, it’s really just for sleeping.

Location was perfect!! Centrally located and the most beautiful view of the sunset !

The room was amazing and clean with a breathtaking view! Comfortable bed and so relaxing energy. The people working there were all so kind and helpful with everything! Excellent location as well. Maybe one of the most beautiful parts of the island.

The hotel host “ Angie “ was such an Angel with us!! We she made us fall in love with the place, as she was there whenever we needed any assistance!! The location was spectacular and the people where really amazing! Can't wait to come back & visit again

What an amazing villa! We had enviable sunset views from our double terrace (yes double!) and a fab location right on the centre of Oia.

We didn’t like people looking into our pool (people always stopped to watch, probably because of the disco ball), so we covered the windows with towels/blankets.

Perfect location for Oia (next to Oia castle). Unparalleled views of the sunset from the terrace! Walking distance to main Oia square with restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to the iconic Santorini domes! Indoor pool was a nice touch but the terrace with beds and hammock was definitely a highlight for us! The team arranged airport transfer for us (FYI additional fee for this) and met us at the meeting point to carry our bags to the villa to check-in. They can even arrange other activities or car hire so any requests you have, definitely communicate with the team - they’re happy to help. Nothing was bad but worth noting (mentioned in other reviews) that if you’re looking for total privacy, you won’t get it. The way Santorini is built means that you can easily look into people’s properties from above. We weren’t that bothered but thought I would mention it because during sunset, you will have people standing in-front of your villa and above it. The photos don’t show the layout of the villa that well. It’s split into 4 levels - the pool is located downstairs with some gym equipment and a small bathroom (shower wet room style). The main level has an outdoor seating area with access to bedroom 1, main living area, a bigger bathroom and a small kitchen. Next level up is bedroom 2, accessed by a step ladder in the kitchen (awkward to get up so wouldn’t recommend if you’re not comfortable climbing the steps). This bed has a smaller bathroom with shower (wet room style again) and yes you can see feet from the tiny window but they can’t see you (unless they were to physically bend down and look into the room). The top outside level, the terrance, is accessed by steps from the outdoor seating area on the main level. Overall for a family of 5 (all adults) we enjoy our stay and Tony was amazing with organising everything for us (thanks Tony and team for a great service)! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Santorini in the future :)

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel is just in the heart of the city Oia! The view from our room was breathtaking! We had a very pleasant stay and for sure will come again! The room design was very elegant and nice! We definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect!

Our stay at Sophia Privilege was a unique and unforgettable experience! Everything was absolutely perfect and the villa is exceptional. So much better than the photos, it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The staff was very polite, helpful and professional and made our stay comfortable with everything, from welcoming us, to showing us the villa, and giving us all the information we wanted. The villa is amazing and very spacious, the decor is unique and all facilities are exceptional! We really enjoyed the total privacy of our indoor pool, the gym facilities and the special touch of the dj set! The view from the terrace was breath taking! The villa is in the perfect spot in the village of Oia with panoramic views of the Caldera and the world famous Santorini sunset, and we had the privilege of enjoying all this from our own private terrace ! What an experience! We will definitely come back and we absolutely recommend Sophia Privilege to everyone who wants to have a memorable experience in Oia!

Ideal location within Oia; well-sized villa; steps to Ammoudi Bay. The sunset view from this property cannot be beat. The villa was very clean.

The place is really amazing! The villa is in the village of Oia and has spectacular views of the caldera and the sunset. The location is the most famous for taking photos of Oia and the sunset. It is clean and spacious, the view over the Caldera is amazing and we absolutely loved watching the sunset from the comfort of our own rooftop. We really enjoyed the pool and the spa room and there is also gym equipment! The service is perfect and the staff had been very friendly and accommodating and ready to assist. We highly recommend Sophia Privilege and we look forward to coming back and stay again!

Bath towels weren’t replaced after removal by cleaners. Coffee capsules did not get replaced. Gramophones (which were their selling point) did not work. Athanasios served us but he fell short - could not book dinner venue even though he promised that the Sophia brand had connections to do so. He could not get gramophones fixed before we arrived. He insisted that even 5-star hotels only provide 2 coffee capsules per day. We were a family of 4 travelling together and booked the villa for 4 persons’ stay. We found an electric plug and adaptor in the kettle - and instead of taking responsibility for it, he told us that he was surprised and that housekeeping had no reason to put it there. Those were very strange excuses to us. It was a health hazard and a danger and he tried to explained it away as if we had made it all up.

Location was prime. Unbeatable sunset views from private rooftop terrace. Beautiful cave villa. Comfortable & spacious.

One bedroom is ok but other bedroom. is worse entry and that entry was from kitchen upstair and stair are very small and uncomfortable and room was very small. Also they return in their iternary hot watet tub..but there was no hot water tub. Staff was very rude....i will not recommend anyone to stay there.

We were excited about the location based on the pictures we had seen. Unfortunately, the layout of the home is suitable for a couple. We were 6 people, 3 adults and 3 teenagers. We arrived with the belief that there were two full bedrooms and a living room with two sofa beds. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description. The main and the most accurately described bedroom had a Queen and was beautiful. However, the second bedroom was only accessible with a narrow ladder from the kitchen to cave room at the top. This second room had a sink and shower as well. We could not use the room since it was rendered useless the first night due moldy smell. There was no vents or windows or any type of ventilation in that room. So the moisture from having a bathroom in a poorly ventilated space would explain it. We reported our concerns the first day we checked in and told our host representative that we could not use it. The first night my sister in law had to use a thin couch pillow from the outside balcony to sleep on. The next day she decided she would bring down the mattress from the upstairs bedroom but after painstakingly squeezing it through I the small hole to take it down the ladder it appeared to have had stains. We did request a new mattress. They did eventually bring us a replacement mattress the second day. The space where we thought we had a living room with two sofa beds was the most misleading space. It was two areas I would assume were for seating against a wall. Since we didn’t not have the second bedroom upstairs we had to have the 3 teenagers sleep in a U shape in that space. We were also disappointed to find that the main bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the doors to enter the house were not very sturdy and the main front gate/door to enter the building was also broken and could just be forced open even after locking. Finally, we very disappointed that we did not receive the porter service on the day of our arrival.

Only the view justifies the the price. The location of the house was amazing and exceptional. The One bedroom (the master room) was perfect. It was large and faced the water and the Caldera. It was the most breathtaking view at sunrise and sunset. The plunge pool was nice but it’s down below in the cave so it had its pros and cons. It was nice that there was another shower down by the plunge pool. It was nice that there was a small kitchen with a full fridge. Another plus about the home was the balcony and the roof deck there were two great spots to watch the sunrise and sunset of the caldera. Please keep in mind at sunset you will not have any privacy since all tourist in Oia descend on this exact spot to catch the most breathtaking sunsets. It didn’t bother us. Finally, it was great that the home was in the a central spot with a coffee and crepes breakfast shop literally outside the front door. There was also a mini market downstairs with the nicest owner so if you need any additional extras, wine, cheese, water it’s right underneath the house.
