Lack of maintenance everywhere. Snacks felt like they were old and dry. Everything else was great!

Overall, the hotel rooms are clean and spacious. However, they are not maintained well, the bathroom tub is really small and it’s hard to even take a shower. Staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming, including the cleaning lady. Food was delicious!

Clean,neat hotel . Lovely pool. Food good variety and plenty. Staff helpful and friendly. Location good, across the road from the beach,which is rocky but nice. Bus goes every half hour to Rethymnon, €1.20 per trip. Excellent value for money.

Air conditions was broken in two rooms .. its a bit a problem when is 36 outside … i would recomend change matraces

Internet in room was for extra charge and it did not have a reception in the room. Positive was that they did not charge for that.

Bed was a little hard (managed to get a mattress topper for it though) and slightly noisy corridor. Wasn’t keen on the loud music at the pool but wasn’t too bad. Beach wasn’t great but we didn’t use it

On a power outage, the water didn't work. They should have power generators for such occurences, for both electricity and water.

Quite a good three-star hotel. Friendly staff who will gladly advise and help. The food is tasty and varied. The sea near the hotel is not for children, there are many large stones, and the children's pool is deep. There was also not enough playground for children. But if you have a car it's a great place to relax....

All working there people, are so so so nice! Very helpful. Starting from cleaners, reception, kitchen, managers and bar staff they are brilliant!!! They do 110% of work. For first moment didn't except from 3 stars hotel many, but definitely they deserve more stars! Clean rooms and is clean everywhere on shared surfaces. Swimming pool for kids and for older. Fantastic food, very teasty and every day something different, good selection for everyone's. Few drinks to choose (gin, vodka, rum, tequila, brendy ouzo, beer, raki), not many hotels have in allinclusive package, most serving just ouzo, raki and beer. Close to shops, close to beach. Not much of attractions for kids, so if you like peace and quiet, choose this hotel :) Thank you again to all staff from Solimar dias.

Beds are hard (for us) but hotel will provide foam mattress cover if asked for. More drawers are a must as there are only 2 tiny ones in the wardrobe.

The hotel is dated, need some renovation. It’s noisy, bathroom is very small but clean. Photos doesn’t show real picture.

Staff in the hotel is the best! We enjoyed our stay beacuse of them, I can not describe how amazing were all of them, thanks! Food is also great, there are many choices and everything is delicious! Bar at the pool and garden are lovely.

The doors and walls seem to be made out of paper. We could hear 24-7 everyone moving around the hallways and some people talking on their balconies. Also got sick from the dinner, maybe it's just bad luck. Didn't eat there after that so can't comment on the all-inclusive aspect, but saw multiple people do. I would recommend visiting the better restaurants by evening (avli, cavo, prima plora, eleven...)

The breakfast was ok, free parking. Staff friendly.

In Solimar Dias we’ve stayed for the first time. Our room for 2 persons was quite big, clean with the balcony that overlooks a swimming pool and mountain. Twice per week next to the swimming pool we had live concerts with Greek and international music. The windows are sound proof, so you can sleep whenever you want in quite. The restaurant in Solimar was amazing, we had Greek traditional appetizers, variety of soups, fish, meat, sea food, vegetables, bunch of desserts, fruits and drinks among them juice, wine, beer and cocktails in the bar near the swimming pool every day. Twice per week chef cooked one of his outstanding meal just in front of the guests and we had opportunity to ask any food related questions at that time. You could find kids and vegan friendly meals. Hotel is situated 5 min walk to the sea. I would like to say a special thank to Georgia, restaurant manager, for well organized and so friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. Dimitris, chef, for delicious meals, Maria and Georgia, from reception for helping with resolving daily questions. I hope the next year we will meet again. Wish you all the best and see you soon!
