Spacious, very clean, immaculate condition, extremely helpful staff, and close enough to the heavily touristed area for convenience, but far enough away to be away from the chaos and noise. We stayed in a cave room on the cliffs of Oía at another hotel, but didn’t appreciate the load neighbors, but loved the views. This property does not have caldera views, which may be important for some people. We found the solitude refreshing and we were a few blocks from the caldera views.

Amazing staff - super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Both comfortable and luxurious accommodation. The breakfasts were lovely each morning. Only a short walk to the main shopping and restaurant areas of Oia. We highly recommend this place!

Everything was great except for the low ceiling on the second floor of the superior luxury room, which is characteristic of Santorini's architectural style. Additionally, we would have preferred a more authentic Greek breakfast with a wider selection of choices.

If it takes 40 minutes to drive from the Santorini port to the hotel, don't get tired! Because the hotel's unique location, situated in the heart of the city alongside a variety of shopping centers, excellent restaurants, and impressive tourist attractions, makes it worth coming to this hotel. The architecture of the hotel is dreamy. You will sit outdoors in front of the blue sea in the clean hot top, and your privacy is ensured!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff is incredible, they make you feel you are at home. It is located 10 minutes walk from the city center, the room was spacious and the view from the hot tub is really great - we could see the sunset. The breakfast is served in the room and they offered us some gifts in the check in and check out. We had a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional customer service from everyone, always helpful. Nothing is too much for them. The suite was big, comfortable with own hot tub. Breakfast was great and served in the rooms. Location was amazing and less than 5 mins walk from Caldera. Shopping is within 2 mins. We will definitely be back.

One of the bed options was a loft and not an actual room. I felt the shisha cost was a bit expensive.

The entire set up is beautiful. 15 min walk, 5 minute ride from the caldera to take photos. The view is not on the same side as the caldera, it faces the opposite side of the island. The car service that you have an option to utilize was also great. The property is also beautiful to take pictures.

It would be nice to have some sun chairs or chairs to hang out or sit by the pool as we didn't find "puffy chairs" that great. There are many lovely restaurants in Oia and more "simple" local places can be recommended, even your own hotel with yammy food!

The service was excellent! Ljupka was fantastic and very friendly. She could solve any situation you asked her. Yassin and another man at the bar were truly amazing and kind! We loved both jacuzzis. Location was great, just 5 min walk from the main street of Oia. Breakfast was delicious and chicken tortillas were my daughter's favorites who is really picky about the food. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful!

A lovely hotel that's relatively new, just a few years old. It's clean, with spacious rooms that include jacuzzis. It's conveniently located close to Oia, just a 10-minute walk away. The standout feature is the professional management team, dedicated to creating a relaxing atmosphere for the hotel's guests. Our week-long stay was unforgettable and thoroughly enjoyable. Watching panoramic sunsets with a glass of wine or savoring exquisite signature cocktails at the bar was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel. Greetings and best wishes to the hotel team!

I wish the person pool/jacuzzi was a bit larger.

Perfect spot to see the sunset. Room was clean and comfortable. The people were excellent that worked there. It’s not in the center but a 2 min walk which we didn’t mind cause it was easy to get to.

The Host was good, the breakfast was great and sumptuous, the room size is good and big enough for a large family and single as well. The privacy is better than other apartment around. I recommend. How could I forget the staffs, they’re wonderful people who have great personalities.

One of the bedrooms a little cramped with low ceiling and steep steps a little awkward to access .

Family of 5 with three older teenagers had a fantastic suite with 3 bedrooms and two rooftop jacuzzis with the best sunset views . Location was a close 5 min walk to the heart of Oia centre . Lovely breakfast brought to our room . Though no parking on site we were able to find parking close to the accommodation quite easily . Staff were very welcoming and provided an excellent service and met all our needs .
