One shower door was missed, water came out and made the floor very wet.

Perfect location, only few minutes walk to the bus station and the famous marble street. The owner was quick to respond. Beautiful view from the roof terrace, you can see a partial sunset from there

N/A everything was perfect! If you are being dropped off by a taxi from the airport, ask the driver to dropped you off at the American Station. This way you don't have to walk with your luggage.

The apartment is very nice and its is local in the center of Oía! Our host was very sweet and recommended places to eat and stuff to do on the island!

I recommend adding coach lights or some kind of additional lighting outside the walkway to gate/gate itself and or in courtyard. Gate jams so recommend replacing latch, Repair/Replace washing machine (appreciate the offer to have a service wash my clothing but I’m very picky about my clothes). Also the housekeeper does a really nice job on keeping the place really clean daily. My sincere apologies for failing to leave her a tip as was rushing and forgot to leave it. Only suggest she remember to consistently knock and wait for answer before entering property.

This property is a true gem as it located in one of the prime spots in Oia! Very easy to access the prime walkway in Oia where many restaurants, shops, and two small market stores for essentials are located. Easy access to taxi’s and buses. You can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck of the property. More importantly the host is super fantastic, very friendly and accessible if you need anything. My husband was very happy with the location as well.

No words to express our feelings about our stay at Casa Sigala Volcano. From first to last day everything exceeded our expectations. The house is located in the heart of Oia. The terrace is out of this world. I will never forget the first morning when I woke up and looked at the view. My eyes were full in tears. The house was very clean and comfortable. The room attendant was coming every day to tidy up, remove rubbish and provide us with fresh linen. The owner Mr Sigalas made us feel like home. His recommendations were all perfect, from the cruise he suggested to the dinner at the famous Kastro restaurant. The bathroom was huge, the neighborhood quiet although is located in the busy Oia. I was crying all day long when we departed as I didn't want us to leave. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much The Christopoulos family Australia

It was hard to communicate with the staff except on first day. Other than the cleaner who spoke a foreign language, there was nothing until time to leave (we stayed 3 nights). When we asked to store our luggage after check out, we were told to move to another location which was 10 mins away. It wasn’t easy moving our stuff to the place when it was soo hot. When we asked if we can just stay if no one else is checking in right away, we were told no when that was what we were told from the beginning. So after lugging out all our stuff in the heat, it seemed like nobody checked in so we could’ve just stayed in the original room while waiting for our flight and spared us the hassle of transfer!

The location was awesome, right in the heart of everything. Convenient to get into, not much stairs to worry about. The unit itself was really great! Clean and spacious with a nice view of the sunset

If the accomodation had a swimming pool, it would have been absolutely perfect. After being out all day, a swim would have been sensational.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Close to everything, which was great so you could walk and explore Oia. Plenty of eating out, mini markets and taxis were on hand.

Dealing with booking.com. When we initially booked our place I’d emailed the accommodation to ask a few questions. We went back and forth several times and then my emails stopped getting through to the accommodation. Booking.com was eventually helpful as they got us an alternative email address. This took several phone calls and I was getting progressively more stressed as we were trying to arrange a shuttle pick up as we were arriving after midnight and our flight was looming in a day. On top of that we had a 9 hour time change so we had a short window to contact them every day. I would not book with booking.com again as this was very stressful and frustrating.

We really liked the location. It was central and easy to walk everywhere. Stamatis met us after midnight when we arrived by the shuttle he arranged for us. He was a good host and generously offered the use of the pool at another accommodation he manages. The room is on 3-ish floors. There is a fold out on the main floor with a kitchen. The second floor has the bathroom and one bed and then there is a little nook with a bed on the top floor. It had a pretty view, but unfortunately we didn’t spend a lot of time on the balcony as it was quite chilly while we were there. Thank you Stamatis for everything.

Beautiful property located a short walk from the bus station, mini mart and restaurants, as well as the Main Street of Oia. With views of the Caldera and Aegean Sea from the rooftop balcony. Apartment was well stocked with blankets pillows, crockery and utensils and paper towels! Katerina also allowed us a late checkout without fuss and coordinated airport transfers each way.

Everything perfect. It is basically in the center of Oia. You can easily reach the main road of Oia with all the shops. Fantastic terrace with sunset view. Very organized host.

I really couldn’t fault anything about the property. it was spacious, modern, clean and was very central but quiet. The caldera view from the sun terrace was superb. I would definitely recommend!
