Excelent Hotel, where you can spent your vacation. Even if you want stationary rest you can never leave facility and have all the comfort you required. Most imporant is very helpfull and nice staff ready to help you anytime you require. Very close to the city. 5 minutes of drive. Private beach very tidy. Pool area clean and chill. Excelent room service.

I loved everything!

This hotel is so luxurious and very spacious. It feels very premium compared to a lot of the other hotels in Rhodes. The breakfast setting is absolutely beautiful and the private beach facilities are amazing. Every member of staff that we encountered were very professional and friendly. The housekeeping service was very organised and the team always came early to change the sheets, make the bed and change the towels. We used the laundry service during our stay and it was very efficient & the clothes were pressed neatly. The hotel has its own mini mall! A mini supermarket, an ice cream shop, a women’s clothes store and many more! Although we didn’t use the spa facilities, it looked very relaxing and clean. The spa also seemed very spacious and a lot of treatments and services are available. Overall, I cannot fault my stay at the Sheraton and we are already looking to book again for next year! Thankyou so much for such an amazing stay. Xxx

The hotel is the best I have ever been to. Cleanliness in the halls, corridors and rooms is perfect. The room is big and clean. The pools and the beach are wonderful. No problem with umbrellas and sunbeds. The food is top notch. Special thanks to the staff - they did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

The food was rather poor and the restaurant staff were so stressed that it became a bit uncomfortable being around the dining area. At breakfast you had to wait 5-15 minutes to be seated outside (which is far better and expected - there must be a better solution that the current). Most staff were great but clearly under huge pressure = poor hotel management. Cleaning staff on the other hand were always extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is situated right by a very busy road which can be heard 24/7.

Pool area, gym, tennis, rooms great. View amazing. Pretty good breakfast and the night time entertainment was perfectly balanced (short and sweet). Make sure to get access to the membership area fir breakfast as it will take the breakfast/dining experience from stressful to great.

Our room did not have sea view so I didn't expect much but for £300 a night I was expecting a little more than looking at a concrete wall and the rook of the kitchens (and the associated smell of onions). In addition there was not enough wardrobe / cabinet space for a family of four and we ended up leaving half our clothes in cases for the week (again - not what I expect of a 5* hotel. Restaurant was average, no where near the quality of breakfast at 4* hotels let alone 5* and there were always very big queues for breakfast.

Nice, if a little small pool with plenty of sunbeds available and good shade. Reception areas and the bar were nice and the pool bar was good. The little supermarket on site was cheaper than the bar and was a good option. There were also a number of bars / restaurants close by that were good and it was a cheap taxi ride to Rhodes Town.

I was on vacation with friends, the hotel was fine but the service was really bad and very disappointing. I was charged with a credit of 417 euros more than I should have paid. I contacted the hotel for a refund, I sent many emails and until now I have not received an answer about what I was charged. be careful!!!!

A number of the guests behaved quite badly - with uncontrolled kids running round the hotel - with no apparent parental control. The staff did their best but the reality was that the families showed little respect for them or the hotel. I complained a couple of times and sympathised with the staff. I think as a consequence we wont be coming again.
