Everything was remarkable.

We were in Santorini for one week. Before we came to Serenity Blue we tried three other places all over the island. This was by far the one that most surprised us and that was more in tune with what we were looking for. Giorgos and Flora are the best hosts ever, very friendly available and most of all most caring as they gave us a lot of suggestions to explore. This little piece of paradise is worth it more than anything else. You sleep with the soothing sounds of the ocean and you wake up for a replenished fridge that Flora and Giorgos provide. Absolutely incredible.

Serenity Blue was superb. Kept tip-top clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped cave with all the amenities. The bay was perfect for swimming and relaxing in peaceful setting. Never have we had such a warm welcome and hospitability that we got from George and Flora. A fridge full of goodies and Greek self-baked pastries was such a wonderful surprise. Communication was super easy and we got some really nice tips for what to do and where to go from George. A warm recommendations from every one of us! We would definitely visit this paradise again! Visit also next door in the family owned local tavern with delicious food and good service. Loved Afrodite, the cat who lived outdoors, cutest thing ever!

The only issue, which the owners cannot do anything about it, is that many toerists walk by on the beach during the day. Some are even so indecent that they just walk on your terrace and seem to think it’s normal. Fortunately, we managed to get rid of them quickly.

What a great time we had at the Serenity Blue cave house. Beautiful cave house, furnished with great care! It was really a wonderful experience! Lovely also to hear the sea all day, very relaxing. Furthermore, the owners, George and Flora, are very nice and attentive people. They want to make you feel very comfortable. Upon arrival, for instance, the entitire fridge was already full of food and drinks and fresh delicacies were waiting for us.

Some times there were a lot of party catermerans in the bay which could be a bit loud, but not that intrusive...

Amazing location, superb hosts, fridge full of goodies, local taverna and winery... Can't fault this cave house - had an amazing 7 night stay, swimming in the sheltered bay, trying local food and the Vinsanto!

Perfect stay! Best place in Santorini, quiet, clean and with a perfect view! Best host ever 🙏🍀🌞🌅🌊🌊🌊 George will welcome you with kindness and care, his wife will prepare the best breakfast and they will give you tips so that you can visit all the best spots. You will sleep with the nice sound of the waves and will enjoy a beautiful basalt beach at the foot of the house. Serenity is the best name for this house and Aphrodite is perfectly chosen for the cute little cat 💗🐈🌕

we had a fantastic stay at Serenity blue cave. the cave is a fabulous. we were sleeping with the sound of the waves , waking up with the ocean in front of our feet. the beach is fabulous and not touristy so was perfect for us. George and Flora are the perfect host! they made sure we had food when we arrived, they left us a bottle of wine and Flora cooked us delicious cookies. it was above all expectations! a must! we had a dream time!

That we had to leave!!

George and Flora are amazing Hosts. Their attention to detail and helpfulness was awesome. This is not just a business for them, they genuinely want you to have a fantastic time and enjoy their beautiful Cavehouse. The Fridge was plentiful which we hadn't expected and Flora had made a delicious sweet Greek Pastry dish. We loved just spending time on the Terrace and soaking in the view and at night listening to the lapping of waves was just beautiful. We had a car which definitely makes life easier getting down to the cave which was via a fairly narrow road mostly of rubble but it added to the adventure. There is a lovely Taverna a few steps away but closes in Winter. We had lunch at a Greek Restaurant 5 mins drive away Kali Kardia (Good Heart) which was lovely. I would imagine during Summer months the beach would be busier but was fairly quiet during our time with the odd person passing by so it may not be the most private at times but we quite enjoyed that, being able to observe visitors to the beach from our lovely Terrace made us feel quite special! And once the visitors have left you can enjoy the place completely to yourself; it really is just total peace. From start to end it was a truly lovely experience. Thank you George and Flora....OH and to the lovely cat Aphrodite 🐈 who we had fun with and was super friendly.😊

George and his wife were awesomse hosts! They organised the rental car for us and always had the best plans for us! The spot is incredible and you fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Perfect spot to relax and gain new energy! That's a lot for everything!

The best place we have ever stayed at. Very cosy, romantic and just a few steps from the sea. Our hosts made us feel at home, they were very friendly and helpful. The fridge was full with food and drinks. Flora even baked a cake to welcome us. What´s more, there is a great family tavern very close to the cave house

Nothing all was perfect

Dream house, in front of the sea with your “private beach” nothing more relaxing, the hosts are adorable they picked us up the first day because we had no car and helped us to find a renting car. They left us a lot of food really nothing to complain just want to come back next year !

Nothing.. it is amazing

Everything was amazing. The location is stunning, right on the waters edge. You can sit and watch the yachts all day long from the terrace. On an evening gaze up at the shooting stars and see the outline of the Milky Way .. it is a beautiful place to stay. The owners supply plenty of food products for breakfast

Amazing location, two steps from the sea. Very original accomodation, it used to be a boat house. You sleep with the soothing sound of the waves. The hosts are super friendly. They left plenty of food and drinks. It is in a calm bay, which attracts boats when there is wind from the north, and is very convenient for swimming and snorkeling.

We enjoyed the cave house and the location a lot! The cave house is very charming and so close to the sea (stony in the beginning but very clean and calm)... There are few people on the beach, to the left and to the right of the beach there are extremely beautiful rocks which break and prevent sea waves. There is an authentic Greek tavern 20-30 meters from the house. We liked the food and how kind the family is which runs the tavern. The hosts of the cave house are simply great, big big thanks for everything!!!

Nothing

We have already planned to come back next year to the beautiful Serenity Blue cave house.Flora (a painter) and George (a song writer) have created an exceptional place and offer exceptional Greek hospitality.We had a chance to spend time with them and we have deeply appreciated their authenticity, gentleness, generocity and enthusiasm. We rented a car. After an easy drive we arrived at the black beach which is at the south part of the island.There we met George and he kindly assisted us with our luggage.He introduced us to Serenity Blue and shared with us information about the area of the black beach and Akrotiri.George and Flora were easy to reach and replied to our phonecalls quickly as well as offered their availability if we needed shopping done. The cave house has been in the family of Flora for generations and she has decorated the place with artistic taste. You can feel the love with which Flora and George take care of Serenity Blue from Their attention to each detail. In addition to being beautiful, it's a totally comfortable place (equipped with a wonderful kitchen). The refrigerator was full of beautiful food to taste as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Flora had even made a delightfull home made cake with fruits the night before, fresh for us to taste upon our arrival!We had stunning sunsets from our terrace, looking at the sea, tasting Santorini wine and specialties while the sun was painting the volcanic rocks with a rich palette of colours.The sea of the black beach is crystal clear. For lovers of underwater life this is a beautifull place to observe underwater species. What a privilege, from our doorsteps we could swim. We highly recommend the early morning and late evening swim for those that enjoy observing sea life.We so much enjoyed Serenity Blue that we extended our stay (luckily there was an unexpected opening). It's a trully outstanding experience on the mythical island of Santorini Thank you Flora and George !
