Loved everything!

The location of this impeccably kept cave house is incredible. We slept to the sound of the waves both nights and thoroughly enjoyed swimming in this crystal clear water. It was a pleasure to eat at the family run tavern next door!

That we had to leave so soon and could not take Aftodita with us (though she was following us on the beach when we left).

Situated right on the beach in Messa Pigadia this place is truly a rare gem. To get there you certainly need a car (the road down to the beach is full of stones so consider the car you hire or take it really slow - more like offroad). Parking is around the taverna (wherever you find a place, during the day it can get crowded). The taverna is a very nice place, the food is amazing and the stuff friendly (and is 2 mins walk from your terrace). There is also a beach bar up the road (few mins). In Akrotiri (10 mins drive) you find a big supermarket + some smaller. The best is Arvanitis - 2 levels, huge selection, fair prices. Plenty of restaurants around if you are ok to drive - if not use the taverna. The cave itself is gorgeous, clean and spacious... right on the beach with a big private terrace (sun beds, table, outdoor shower). It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove), full bath, a big spacious room in the back where is a huge double bed and a frontside living room with a sofa. George greet us on place, showed us around and provided all instructions, hints and tips we could want. He is very kind and we kept in touch throughout the stay. We were welcomed with a full fridge, fruits, wine and home backed pie and cake (that was food for more than a week for us 2). For the cat lovers - the place comes with a lovely cat included. Afrodita is the real master of the place, she stays in the terrace and is very friendly, sweet but snappy at times (so make sure you bring your offerings - check the mentioned supermarket above for the square small tins cat pate). We had a lovely time and enjoyed each moment. During the day it can become crowded on the beach (people and too many boats) but nothing compared with the touristic areas of the island. The evenings/nights though are so quiet and peaceful.

Everything was remarkable.

We were in Santorini for one week. Before we came to Serenity Blue we tried three other places all over the island. This was by far the one that most surprised us and that was more in tune with what we were looking for. Giorgos and Flora are the best hosts ever, very friendly available and most of all most caring as they gave us a lot of suggestions to explore. This little piece of paradise is worth it more than anything else. You sleep with the soothing sounds of the ocean and you wake up for a replenished fridge that Flora and Giorgos provide. Absolutely incredible.

Serenity Blue was superb. Kept tip-top clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped cave with all the amenities. The bay was perfect for swimming and relaxing in peaceful setting. Never have we had such a warm welcome and hospitability that we got from George and Flora. A fridge full of goodies and Greek self-baked pastries was such a wonderful surprise. Communication was super easy and we got some really nice tips for what to do and where to go from George. A warm recommendations from every one of us! We would definitely visit this paradise again! Visit also next door in the family owned local tavern with delicious food and good service. Loved Afrodite, the cat who lived outdoors, cutest thing ever!

The only issue, which the owners cannot do anything about it, is that many toerists walk by on the beach during the day. Some are even so indecent that they just walk on your terrace and seem to think it’s normal. Fortunately, we managed to get rid of them quickly.

What a great time we had at the Serenity Blue cave house. Beautiful cave house, furnished with great care! It was really a wonderful experience! Lovely also to hear the sea all day, very relaxing. Furthermore, the owners, George and Flora, are very nice and attentive people. They want to make you feel very comfortable. Upon arrival, for instance, the entitire fridge was already full of food and drinks and fresh delicacies were waiting for us.

Some times there were a lot of party catermerans in the bay which could be a bit loud, but not that intrusive...

Amazing location, superb hosts, fridge full of goodies, local taverna and winery... Can't fault this cave house - had an amazing 7 night stay, swimming in the sheltered bay, trying local food and the Vinsanto!

Perfect stay! Best place in Santorini, quiet, clean and with a perfect view! Best host ever 🙏🍀🌞🌅🌊🌊🌊 George will welcome you with kindness and care, his wife will prepare the best breakfast and they will give you tips so that you can visit all the best spots. You will sleep with the nice sound of the waves and will enjoy a beautiful basalt beach at the foot of the house. Serenity is the best name for this house and Aphrodite is perfectly chosen for the cute little cat 💗🐈🌕

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

If you’re visiting Santorini look no further! This is the place!!! Stay in a magical cave in front of the ocean in the beautiful Mesa Pigadia Beach. George and his wife Flora are the best hosts! George always making sure that you take advantage of your stay recommending places and activities in Santorini and Flora will give you the warmest welcome with her kindness and delicious pastries. The cave is impeccable and have all the amenities you need! It was our first time in Santorini and we didn’t wanted to leave the cave!

we had a fantastic stay at Serenity blue cave. the cave is a fabulous. we were sleeping with the sound of the waves , waking up with the ocean in front of our feet. the beach is fabulous and not touristy so was perfect for us. George and Flora are the perfect host! they made sure we had food when we arrived, they left us a bottle of wine and Flora cooked us delicious cookies. it was above all expectations! a must! we had a dream time!

That we had to leave!!

George and Flora are amazing Hosts. Their attention to detail and helpfulness was awesome. This is not just a business for them, they genuinely want you to have a fantastic time and enjoy their beautiful Cavehouse. The Fridge was plentiful which we hadn't expected and Flora had made a delicious sweet Greek Pastry dish. We loved just spending time on the Terrace and soaking in the view and at night listening to the lapping of waves was just beautiful. We had a car which definitely makes life easier getting down to the cave which was via a fairly narrow road mostly of rubble but it added to the adventure. There is a lovely Taverna a few steps away but closes in Winter. We had lunch at a Greek Restaurant 5 mins drive away Kali Kardia (Good Heart) which was lovely. I would imagine during Summer months the beach would be busier but was fairly quiet during our time with the odd person passing by so it may not be the most private at times but we quite enjoyed that, being able to observe visitors to the beach from our lovely Terrace made us feel quite special! And once the visitors have left you can enjoy the place completely to yourself; it really is just total peace. From start to end it was a truly lovely experience. Thank you George and Flora....OH and to the lovely cat Aphrodite 🐈 who we had fun with and was super friendly.😊

George and his wife were awesomse hosts! They organised the rental car for us and always had the best plans for us! The spot is incredible and you fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Perfect spot to relax and gain new energy! That's a lot for everything!

The best place we have ever stayed at. Very cosy, romantic and just a few steps from the sea. Our hosts made us feel at home, they were very friendly and helpful. The fridge was full with food and drinks. Flora even baked a cake to welcome us. What´s more, there is a great family tavern very close to the cave house
