Room Cleanliness- You had sometimes to solicit cleaning in our room and when they did it wasn’t done properly…they haven’t cleaned under the bed for ages. They never mopped up the balcony during our stay. Pool and Pool area cleanliness- Kids pools were full of sand during the whole week. Never seen a vacuum cleaner robot in it. The garden surrounding the pool sometimes gets muddy. Restrooms and in the pool area are the same standard you would expect for those in a gas station. Facilities- not enough sunbeds on the kids are pool. You had to wake up by 7-8 am max to book them by laying a towel of them. Hotel sunbeds at the beach are at extracharge(6 euro)…I’ve never paid for sunbeds while staying at an hotel. Room- a bit of a strange setup for who wants a bit of privacy in the bathroom….we didn’t mind though. Mini bar(empty) was not working for the first 3 days out of 7. Despite us letting know the reception since the first night and reminding them everyday after, it took them 3 days to fix it. We were on half board basis, hence we could have made use of it to cool beverages.

Nice location, very close to the beach and surrounded by olive trees and lots of greenery. Good for kids as there are a few pools dedicated to them and animation team activities as well. Last but not least, excellent food provided for an all inclusive type of resort….probably the best I’ve ever had….and I have seen a few

Crowded around the swimming pools, not enough beach loungers. Poor food and drinks. It looks better in the pictures than in reality.

-in the evenings in spite of being all inclusive we found ourselves leaving the resort to get away from the child focused entertainment which was unenjoyable and very noisy (lots of over excited entertainers shouting down microphones). We would have loved an adult space with music and dancing.

- A well laid out resort, very green and nicely maintained - The food in the restaurant was very good with lots of variety and choice across our 8 day stay - The staff were very friendly and welcoming (a special mention to George who was amazing and a real asset to the hotel) - there was an adult pool which was calm and relaxing and nice to have as an alternative to the other two pools - our room was large, clean and cool with a lovely balcony overlooking the adult pool -it was good value for money - there were activities on site e.g. aqua gym, yoga -if you were travelling as a family there were lots of children’s activities

There’s no bathroom door! Why!? No shower curtains!!?? Why? If you come with your kids, you can’t open front door, while they or we shower, what’s the logic behind this? Aircon is very weak! But leave it open during the day, and il be ok, just to bad for a lot of electricity wasted! Room design is cheap! Too bad! Cause it has so much potential!

The rooms are not very clean, the resort is very crowded and noisy, for half board option you pay extra for the drinks and they are horror (the same one serverd for all inclusive)

Wine and beer tastes a little watered down. Bathrooms in the lobby were regularly dirty.

Not enough food choice especially the deserts. The cocktails were too strong in small glasses and would be more enjoyable with normal measures in larger glasses with more soft drinks in them. Maids didn’t leave towels and toilet paper allot of days even though they took the used towels leaving us without any but after a call to reception they were delivered. The late checkout showroom has no air con under reception which made it hard to dry your hair and get ready .

The choice of pools was great, 1 activity pool with snack bar, 1 kids pool with water slides and a lovely peaceful shallow adults only pool. Food was tasty. Lovely wee fishing village with shops and boat trips right beside complex which was like a small village with 2 storey villa style rooms. Maids make beds and tidy room everyday. The entertainment staff, waitresses and bar staff were all very friendly and good fun.

Our room was quite dirty at arrival and they made only the main bed and didnt prepare the beds for kids and we had to ask for clean bedsheets at reception and complain that they forgot to clean the room. Afterwards the cleaning was satisfactory. The all inclusive drinks are not good at all (too sweet) with cheap alcohol. Vine is average. The hotel should think about insecticiding the premises against mosquitos, as you cant stay outside after 21:00 as you get bitten by many if you dont use repelent

the pools were quite crowed, especially the kids' one. Since there is no direct beach access, it would be useful to have extra lounge space around the pools

The food. The restaurant was total chaos every morning. Not enough tables or variety of food and way too overwhelming. Only ate the lunch and dinner buffet twice during our week stay because the food just was not very good. There was one morning with prosecco which was nice (do that more often!). Also, the music is SOOOO loud. If you are a light sleeper or have young kids that need to sleep, request a room far away from the bar/entertainment stage. The music played until around 23:00 each night and I had to sleep with airpods to drown out the noise. Lastly, when you have all-inclusive, I don't believe you should have to pay for beach sunbeds. We had to pay 6 Euro to sit at the beach.

The animation team were great. They really made the daytime activities fun for adults and exciting for kids at night (major kudos!). The hotel grounds were very pretty and well kept, the free drinks with all-inclusive were well done, and the pools were a good temperature. It was also not too crazy to get sunbeds, lots of options between all the pools and free daily towels. The nearby location has a few restaurants and bars, but nothing too crazy or wild.

The food was nearly the same every day! There wasn’t much to do near by. Mini golf was terrible. Run down!

The room wasn’t clean during our stay. Only towels and garbage were change and taken. The floor wasn’t wash or the sheets changed

The room is not the best. It is 4 stars hotel but I would not say that the rooms in 4 stars hotel are like that. The furniture, especially the beds are not in the best condition, also the design of the bathroom is a little bit strange, it is not fully separated from the room, and you can not have full privacy there.

The people were very nice and very helpful. The hotel has a lot of things inside so can entertain the guests. Big choice of great food.

Room cleaning might be better, some of days we found the bottles of water, sometimes not. Also I would recommend the hotel to rethink the location of snacks over the day as putting them at the pool bar at a direct sun doesn't seem as a good idea.

Cocktails and beer is weak but as expected on an all inclusive as you are drinking lots of them!!!. Gardens really nice but the walkways could do with a little weeding. Midges/mossies are around as it is so green. This is not a resort issue though, just be prepared. Very little to not like here

Staff all friendly, nice quiet location, gardens pretty, choice of pools. Food choice very good and varied. Room clean and modern Entertainment was fun
