Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GreeceHousekeepers things were just left on the terrace of the little apartment block, towels, linen, empty bottles and glasses- this was sub standards. Also I was shown to a room that had not been cleaned at all post departure- the explanation was given as a communication problem with the housekeeping staff?? Nice staff everywhere at the hotel!
Wonderful room with a deep bath tub! Overlooking the river, quiet and comfortable with a balcony. Nice selection of food daily at the restaurant.

United KingdomAll good.
The staff was amazingly nice. We felt welcome from the reception staff to the waitresses, cleaners... everyone of them had a smile and nice words for us. Special mention to the Kids entertainment staff who were so kind and caring with my little one that we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for treating us the way you have done, can't wait to go back to Corfu and stay at your hotel.

United KingdomHousekeeping wasn’t great. They made up the room every day but not thoroughly by any means and they would sometimes forget to replace used towels. They always eventually catered to our needs upon request but you could tell that the resort was a bit understaffed (we went at the very start of the season so that could be it). The resort is very comfortable but not a luxury stay so make sure you know what to expect. There are three pools but none of them are heated so we couldn’t swim most days at it was still quite cold in early May. As expected with an all-inclusive stay, drinks were quite diluted (even soft drinks). The snack bar by the pool was also quite poor and didn’t have any gluten-free options.
Rooms were modern and clean, the resort is well-maintained and comfortable. The buffet selection was really good and every day there was a variety of freshly cooked meals on offer. The food was delicious and you could tell that it was all made using fresh local ingredients. One member of our party can’t eat gluten and there were loads of gluten-free options at every meal. The chef was super accommodating and took us around the buffet explaining what food had or didn’t have gluten and upon our request they added notes to each dish to point out what was gluten-free. (There was also a list of all foods and all allergens which was updated daily, yet the chef would happily answer any questions about allergies). We also asked the chef for gluten-free bread every morning which they provided directly from the kitchen (it was not part of the buffet but available upon request). The staff were overall very helpful and friendly.

United KingdomSmall food selection, nothing going on if the weather is bad. Frosted glass door to toilet is intimate! Hairdryer is basically a hot hoover tube which burns your hands, take your own!
Large clean complex, selection of small bars and few shops nearby. Adult pool is great idea

LithuaniaThe conditioner in our room was noisy and after a couple of days broke. The personell came to fix it and left all the dirty towels on the floor after fixing. The seashore is not as good as I expected, so we did not go to the beach at all.
The food was awsome, the personel was very attentive and always smiling. The territory is big. Three nice pools. Events in the evening for kids and adults.

Surinamethe bed was a not too good due to it being two single beds which spread apart, the temperature in the room was really hot and the bed didn’t really have a blanket it was more of a thin duvet cover. there was however just 2-1 soap, and we expected more for a 5 star hotel. however I would recommend due to it being a nice stay overall
we liked the pools and that there was three different ones with themes, the bars and also the nice surprise of water slides. we liked the room overall. the selection was good of food with different fun themes and with a salads bar, fruit and dessert corner.

United KingdomWe didn’t like the bed mattress it was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Every morning we woke up tired with back pain that affected our whole stay. We do understand cooking for large crowd has its own challenges but.. In the main restaurant despite there was a huge variety of food to choose from however the quality of the cooked food was poor, mostly overcooked fancy creation of meals that we simply couldn’t get used to it. Regret to say most cooked food we choose were wasted away because it ended up in the bin. Except there was a pizza nights with a proper Italian chef who made the most amazing pizzas and pastas in town. It’s a real shame he was there for 2 nights only! The only meals we did enjoy were fresh fruits and salads. The quality of the All inclusive alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were also low quality. The Wifi was absolutely useless or slow. The Freeview TV channels were unwatchable programmes so we gave up on that too. The massage spa is very pricey so we ended up not using it. Unrelated to this hotel but worth to mention it Be aware of some of the local shop / business owners are either rude or too greedy or sometimes both.
Nice and quiet yet family friendly , it’s location close to the beach , recently refurbished, friendly staff especially the ice cream man and the young waitress lady from the bar who has the most beautiful smile we have ever seen. We did like the amazing taste of the fresh fruits and vegetables served in the main restaurant. Also we did love the big fig tree in the garden it had the sweetest figs we have ever tasted. So we would like to say thank you for all the hotel staff’s hard work that made our stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

SlovakiaThe equipment of the rooms is not brand new. That is a fact. This is not a luxury hotel. If you are looking for family vacation it is perfect. If you are looking for a luxury honeymoon nest look somewhere else. There is no electric kattle in the room and bathroom essentials is only a liquid soapin the dispenser. So pack some shampoo/ conditioner/ body lotion in your baggage.
The hotel is set in a large park, where you can take a walk after dinner. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. Kids world with swimming pools and water slides were a highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed it. P.S. The Blue Bar is next to the pool. Very convenient location. There is a free parking lot in the hotel. We had a rented car and we greatly used it to travel across the Island and discovered beautiful beaches along the coast.

IrelandMattress was poor and needed replacing. Wifi was weak. Being fussy here but evening entertainment could have been better , some evenings were good, others poor.
Staff very nice and helpful at all times. Food was varied and high quality. The grounds were big, lovely swimming pools and the slides were a big hit with our kids. Eating and outside areas were really nice. Room, accommodation, air conditioner were all good. Location is good as the travel shops selling trips, car rental, etc are right beside the hotel.

United KingdomSlightly grumpy lifeguards - but glad that they are there supervising the pools nonetheless. Dining room a bit like a massive refectory. Can’t reserve tables.
Lovely grounds, rooms are in discrete blocks in “villas” spaced around grounds of olive trees and oleanders. Nice location between river and beach which is very close. Food buffet is excellent with large choice that changed every day.

SerbiaA nice hotel in a solid location. Everything is as written by the hotel regarding the distance to the beach and the facilities on it. In general, the beach is not for those with very small children, there are quite a lot of stones both on the beach and when entering the sea. If you want to stay at this location in any hotel, you must have a car or rent one (several car rental agencies in the place), in order to be able to visit the real beaches and interesting places in Corfu. As for the food in the hotel, it was excellent, varied and always fresh. The accommodation itself is excellent, but certain details need to be further arranged (replaced) in order to make the atmosphere complete. For those who want to exercise seriously, this hotel does not have a serious gym (which is in the basement), but only treadmills and a couple of weights. The pools are great and always clean. Sunbeds are plastic/metal, without mattresses. For those who have to work and need Wifi, the signal is excellent within the reception area. The staff is pleasant and available at all times. The room was cleaned every day and on that occasion the bed linen and towels were changed. All in all, we had a great time and I recommend this hotel as a place from which you can get to know all the charm of the island of Corfu.
