Missing some amenities that could improve things, for example a rack to hang wet clothes, and an overhead shower. The cleaning wasn’t thorough. Under the bed had not been cleaned in a long time, and there was bird poop on the balcony where we had to hang our clothes.

Bar tender at the main pool bar was very grumpy

This resort exceeded our expectations. It was amazing for children and the all inclusive package was definitely worth it. My children. Loved the water park and activities. One older staff gentleman in the restaurant made the whole stay worthwhile! He was so kind and happy and joyful every single meal!

Housekeeping can clean rooms better, didn’t clean toilets properly, we been on the room with couple dead spiders all our stay, bit far away for main activities in corfu.

Entertainment very much aimed at French guests bingo was only in french singing was in French. Possibly more varied to make other nationality og guests to feel more included noticed.

Arrived to beautiful sight of front of hotel. Check in was easy food was great something for everyone and plenty. Beautiful gardens with lots of stunning flowers, pools were amazing. A special thank you to singing Spyros in the dining area Chris and young ladies at dining area bar! Also spetliana whom served us in dining area and a la carte a wonderful young lady! The Greek night was amazing everyone up out of there chairs!

We had a few issues with our bathroom which took a few days to sort out but to be fair, the staff were all very helpful and the hotel went out of their way to apologise and try and get it resolved. Its a fair distance from Corfu town so I'm glad we had a car but there are some local shops/ tavernas which we visited and which were fine

They have plenty of highchairs available in the restaurant, although most were missing straps or broken straps, This meant our 2 year old was able to climb out and is the only fault I can find from our stay.

Buffet style restaurant always had lots of choice and food replaced, catering to different tastes and had vegan options. Good opening times and always a snack bar available in between the opening times of the restaurant. Quality of the drinks was good compared to other hotels, the cocktails are not watered down. Room was bigger than expected even with a travel cot taking up space. The kids club and entertainment team were brilliant even at the end of the season and all pools were open.

Location of hotel was excellent - near the river where boats are moored for trips, and also a village feel outside the hotel. There were well stocked supermarkets - ideal for for items that are needed if you travel with just hand luggage, which we did. Our room overlooked the gardens and we could see the boats beyond that. We hired a car for 4 days through Alto car hire - a short work from the hotel and hassle free rental - would recommend. The hotel was busy but all staff were great and worked hard. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided. There was a mini fridge and kettle for tea coffee making. Pools were clean as were the pools area.
