This isn't too big of a con, but the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach that are shown in the photos had not been set up (however, when we made a request, the staff was very accommodating and immediately set two sun beds up for us). We also thought the pool (and the deck around it) was a bit small for the size of the property and was almost always very crowded and a bit noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff (especially the owner, the reception staff, and the head serving staff) were AMAZING - so kind and accommodating, and gave us lots of recommendations for activities we could do and places we could visit. They offered us a complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink immediately on arrival and let us store their bags with them before check in. They also arranged airport transfers for us with ease. The location is brilliant - the hotel is right on the beach and on the main market street in Kamari, close to a number of nice eateries and shopping spots. We really loved staying in this area - it is not as touristy as some of the other areas in Santorini but it is easy to get there via car - Oia is a 40 minute drive and Fira is around 20 minutes. The vibe of the hotel and the accompanying restaurant is lovely - we really enjoyed having our fresh breakfast (especially the fruits and honey yogurt!) right on the beach. On one evening, the restaurant had very nice live music as well. The room was spacious and very clean, and the wonderful staff made sure that we had a really nice stay! :)

The pool is very cold, it doesn't get much sun. It is impossible to enter the pool. The breakfast is very good but as it is served in the restaurant in front of the sea everything is stay very cold.

The big highlight of the hotel is the team. They receive you very well, do everything to help, they are very friendly. Good location on Kamari beach.

We liked everything about this place! From the moment we came in to check, the owner Nicholas treated us like family. He upgraded us to a suite with a private deck and our own personal hot tub. The room was clean and airy and led right out to a private deck. We had a loft bedroom with an angular window that looked right out to the Aegean Sea. One of the things I really liked about this place was that when you think of Greece you picture the curtains blowing in the breeze and the sun bright in the sky. This place had that! It was quite beautiful. His restaurant was extremely accommodating. We were able to sit on the beach and the waiter would bring our drinks out to us. The uniqueness of this hotel is that it's right on the famous Black Sand Beach. We went on a long walk on the beach walkway. This walkway is where all the hotels and restaurants are. We noticed that our hotel restaurant was more crowded and busier than others. The food was very fresh and delicious. Our last night there they had a singer. The place was packed! Between the restaurant and the bar area there were no available seats. I've never seen a place like this where the owner himself and his wife and his father were also waiting on tables, serving drinks and greeting people. This hotel was truly a family experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

Had arranged a pick-up service through the resort from the ferry port. Unfortunately, no one showed up. It took us 2 hours and 2 buses to get to our resort. Could only use cash at the resort. We each had a travel card, and neither would work. The pool area could do with updating the deck chairs and a tidy up pool a bit on the small side.

The area was nice. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The restaurant had really nice food and price was in comparison to most of the others nearby. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Super cute lodging with great location. The restaurant is also great, good food and good service. The owners- Nicolas and Maribel made us feel like family. They go above and beyond to help with anything you might need. They are super friendly and nice just like all the other staff we encountered. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and it was on time and easy. The beach chairs are a plus. We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend.

Nothing at all about Seaside Breeze all was perfect The beach/sea is rocky so I would recommend bringing water shoes, we purchased some for 10 euros each at the resort

Perfect location in Kamari, Nicolas and his team made our stay an amazing one, it was worth getting the sea view room just for our own hottub & fabulous balcony, would recommend staying here The resort is flat, with plenty of shops and bars, we stayed in Fira for 3 nights first to get all the touristy bits out the way before coming here so it meant we could just relax, the bus from Fira was only 20 minutes You are provided with free beach/pool towels and the hotel sunbeds are free on the beach The restaurant is fantastic, breakfast has a wide selection of hot & cold food which you choose on arrival & can be changed each day, the cake & chocolate pancakes were great as well as the usual omelette or fried eggs, bacon, beans, fruit etc We ate three out of four nights at the restaurant, the food and service was excellent there with a wide selection of food at reasonable prices, I had the best pizza ever there (so had it twice) I am hoping we will get to return here one day, Nicolas really looks after you & we were sad to leave even though we had only been there four nights

Very close to everything (not noisy main street with restaurants and shops). The sound of planes landing over the coast is not disturbing at all, and their sight is exciting. The Aqua Azul restaurant on the beach belonging to the hotel, 50 meters away from the hotel. Very high quality in this restaurant with friendly staff. The reception colleagues are professionals, they helped with everything (airport taxi at a good price, car rental).

Beyond the control of anyone at the resort, be aware that the resort is very close to the airport and planes flying directly overhead can get a little loud. However, it didn't bother us and wouldn't ever prevent me from booking again.

This is the most beautiful place! The view is straight out of a movie or a book. It's everything you think of when you think Santorini. The staff is beyond anything I could have expected. So warm and friendly, always willing to give recommendations and be of service. It was like staying with family (if your family did everything for you). The stand-out moment was arraigning a 3am ride to the airport for an early flight out. Not just arranging it but making sure everything went according to our needs. I was just blown away by the kindness. The food was also the best. We tried several restaurants along the beach and none compared even remotely to the quality, taste and service. When we come back this is the only place I'll stay.

We loved everything about our stay! The room was comfortable and cute. The family who runs the hotel are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant was one of the best we ate at during our stay and the breakfast was perfect. The location was perfect. We would love to come back and visit again.

It was extraordinary. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach, with its own sunbeds, a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, 24-hour shop, ATM. The hotel is full-equipped, everything is impeccably clean and the design is really authentic and pleasant. We loved our room, it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool is also very clean. We were especially pleased with the hotel's restaurant, we had breakfast and dinner here every day because all the food was so delicious, they have a very excellent chef (we tried everything from the menu of Greek cuisine). The restaurant is very cozy, clean, and the service is punctual. The staff in both the restaurant and the hotel are very nice, friendly and professional. Nikolas, the owner is an extraordinary host, he does everything for the guests. At the reception they gave suggestions on what to visit on the island and arranged a boat cruise and airport transfer. Overall we are completely satisfied, we would come back anytime.

The noise from the planes was quite noticeable to begin with but you do get used to it!

Accommodation is in very attractive building. Nikolas the owner was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. All his team were so friendly, in particular the lovely young lady (sorry I don’t know her name), who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms- she was excellent! We visited Oia and Thira during our week but we loved Kamari the most.

The owner was very friendly and helpful as were the other staff. We had a beautiful room there. The restaurant belonging to the hotel was next to the beach and served great food which was reasonably priced as was the local wines and beers.

We had the room with hot tub on the balcony and it was super nice, super clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and helped us with everything. On our arrival we got some welcome wine and food on the house which was really kind (and the wine was also really tasty). They helped us arrange a boat tour and also printed our plane tickets 😊 The food in the restaurant was also really delicious. The hotel has its own sunbeds at the beach and by the pool too. Definately would recommend it to anyone!
