I’d say the distance to the main Chora (the town center), but there are buses leaving from the port for just 2€, or you could just get a taxi. We chose to walk to the clubs most of the time which for us didnt feel like a problem. The distance makes the place very calm so I’d say it’s a fair tradeoff.

Amazing view, crazy infinity pool, nice and calm but still just a 15 minutes walk from the port where many good and very priceworthy restaurants are located. The cleaning was exceptional. We stayed in may, when the town is very calm, along with the beaches and the restaurants. The genuine people all over Ios really makes it stand out compared to Santorini. Best of all was our hosts, really amazing people, never met so kind and caring hosts, can’t thank them enough for making our stay the best it could be.

The shower head isn’t attached to wall so you have to hold it

No holder for the shower head, shower in general a bit small, WiFi in the room was unusable and super slow, mosquito net was not 100% fitting anymore so we had some mosquitoes every night...

Really comfy beds, helpful and friendly staff, good location with a beautiful view, awesome pancakes with Greek yogurt and fresh fruits for breakfast!

Ios has limited fresh water resources, so you need to be mindful of usage. This is not unique to this hotel.

There are stunning views from this beautifully landscaped hotel which has spacious well appointed rooms and is run by a lovely fun couple. Free ferry pick up and drop off was a bonus.

Annerie and Chris are an awesome couple! They went out of their way to show us the town, give us a few amazing suggestions and recommendations, and make our time on Ios as memorable as possible. Their small hotel is beautiful, with spotless rooms, good breakfast, and a breathtaking infinity pool and sundeck. They run an incredible hotel, and their hospitality and kindness was a highlight of our honeymoon to Greece!

Whilst we went at the end of the season, some of the bars and tavernas had already closed. This did not however effect our stay at all.

This hotel and its owners are both exceptional. From meeting Annerie at the port, meeting Chris at the hotel, seeing the view from my room and the amazing infinity pool, I knew I had found one of the best places I have ever stayed. The room was very clean and had all the facilities we could have needed. The view from the balcony was stunning. The swimming pool is amazing and was still relatively warm in October. The owners, Chris and Annerie, are really friendly and could not do enough for you. Annerie picked us up and dropped us back to the port. On arrival, Chris gave a full preview of the hotel and the island, including where to eat and drink. Their hospitality was truly amazing. Overall, the hotel covers all points excellent... location, room, facilities, pool, hospitality, and friendliness. I have travelled all over the world, and I can honestly say this was one of the best stays I have ever had.

The hospitality of Christos and Annerie in particular who introduced us to their lovely hotel. It is perfectly located overlooking the port and beach. The room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. They pretty much do it all themselves and could not be more helpful and attentive. Highly recommended on Ios.

Breakfast included would have been nice. Breakfast of omelet or pancakes or ham & cheese sandwich is 10 EUR. And if they could provide beach towels, that would have been great. Otherwise, we had zero complaints! Be aware that there is a steep climb from the road to the hotel!

The location was perfect! We had an amazing view across the sea to the port and buildings along the bay. We were only a short walk from the Yialos Beach, where we did some snorkelling in the rocks and grass along the edge of the water. We saw many varieties of pretty fish. We could walk to the main city of Chora using the step path in about 20-25 minutes. The walk to Myloplatos Beach took about 55 minutes. The hotel has a lovely pool and very comfortable loungers and seating. Chris is a very attentive host, committed to ensuring we had a most enjoyable stay. The landscaping around the Seabreeze is like nothing we have ever seen! Absolutely stunning! Annerie picked us up from the port when we arrived and dropped us off on our departure day.

Everything was perfect!

Wow wow wow!!! This hotel was everything I dreamed of and more! I had a wonderful stay here in Ios. Chris and Annerie were the sweetest hosts. Annerie picked me up and dropped me off at the port, so I didn’t have to walk or take a taxi. They offered so many recommendations on the island, from restaurants, to activities, to the best beaches. The hotel is ~15 minute walk to the bus stop at the port, but I didn’t mind. The walk was easy and the views are incredible. The hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures online. The landscape is like a tropical paradise. Everything is very well maintained. There is daily housekeeping which is also nice. I loved sitting on the beach chairs at night just to admire the town. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. I stayed 4 nights, but wish I stayed longer. I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Ios! The absolute best family run hotel! Don’t hesitate to book here (but book directly though their website)!

A couple nights of our stay were very windy and the noise was quite loud through the shutters and patio doors. Otherwise no complaints!

Hosts were great, provided recommendations and drop off/pick up from Port. The view is amazing and although a bit chilly, the infinity pool was an awesome bonus.

Hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free pickup and drop off service from/to the port. Room was clean and smelled beautiful with extra decor elements that made it very welcoming. Lovely pool area overlooking harbour. Great view from room.

Everything! The view from the pool and balcony is incredible. We absolutely fell in love with this island and intend to go back next year. The nearby beaches are stunning, local restaurants are more than reasonably priced and so delicious. Plus our hosts were so friendly and happy to help whenever.

There was absolutely nothing to not like.

The property is absolutely perfect. Location, construction, size, decor, facilities. It overlooks the bay and sits in a quiet area. The breakfasts are delicious. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The buildings and the landscaping were like out of a decoration magazine. Every decoration piece is so well thought of. Like a touch of love. Over & above all this were the hosts. Chris and Annerie. They were warm, welcoming and funny. We had a great time and will be back. Thank you 🙏
