All of the steps to the rocky beach. Pictures online didn’t really show all the steps down to the rocky beach . If you don’t mind a lot of steps and rocky beach it’s perfect. The views and property are fantastic .

We have noting to complain. Everything’s fine.

a dream on earth! You just can't get enough. a hygienic place clean and newly designed to relax. everything is very well designed and thought out. With three bedrooms there is enough space for three couples on three floors. The pool is very large and the pool water is also very clean. The hostess is a very friendly person and can be reached at any time. There is a supermarket nearby, which could even be reached on foot. Food and dining are also within walking distance. The shopping street in Tsivili is just a few minutes' drive away. In the basement there is a spa with sauna, hammam and another pool. Here we enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was easily offered and arranged by the hostess. Unfortunately, we were there for far too short a time and had to leave after three days. But we were able to relax very well in these three days and fulfill the purpose of the trip well. Cleanliness is an important plus. The very nice housekeeper is very helpful and quick. She manages to bring the villa into new condition in a very short time. There is also always plenty of towels, bed linen, cleaning products and materials provided. Here you can really let yourself go and relax.

The location is lovely and quiet, but not near any amenities / town / shops etc. You need to have a car - which we did, but this could have been more prominent in the details. We also informed the host that the dishwasher wasn't working so well, as such the cutlery / crockery were not very clean. It may be worth leaving some washing up liquid and cloths so that guests can wash up small items rather than rely on the dishwasher.

The property is just stunning. Really well thought out space, with great attention to detail and the location being right on it's own private beach was fantastic. The daily breakfast was amazing, just arrived in a little hatch every day - brilliant! And the host was very welcoming and helpful.

We don't have any complaints as we were happy with all but IF we could change two things it would be the downstairs bedroom to have a separation of a wall and door. It is not separated from living room by a wall or door. It's open and therefore lacks privacy and the person cannot sleep if others are awake and talking or watching TV in the living room. Also, the exit light above the door lights up the room at night. In the morning, the noise of the breakfast being put in the box wakes the person sleeping in that bottom floor room too. So noise and privacy is an issue in the bottom floor. The other thing is I wish we didn't have to rush to clear away the trays for breakfast and return them exactly at 10:30am. This makes the morning breakfast routine feel rushed and stressful to make sure to return it on time. It would be nice if we could eat and then the housekeeping to take care of it when she comes by 11am.

There was nothing we did not like! Sea Zante exceeded our expectations. Honestly, the photos posted online do NOT do it justice. The view and ambience is heavenly. They have paid attention to every detail in the architecture, interior design, and customer service. It blends beautifully with the nature around it. The host was so lovely and helpful. Responded immediately to our needs and queries. She provided lots of recommendations for places to go to. She helped us in organizing boat trips, jet skis, car rental, transfers and more. The owners were welcoming and warm and very professional. They have a private beach that was lovely with the most comfortable beach beds and a SUP (paddle board) and little electric boat to use for free. Every morning breakfast is delivered via the magic box. When you stay there you will find out what this little delight is. There was daily housekeeping and cleaning provided. There are two very nice restaurants walking distance: Vardiola and Crossroads and there's a nearby small supermarket for basic needs as well.
