Can't find anything I didn't like

The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was really good and is surrounded by trees and flowers typical of Santorini. The hotel.is 5 mins walk from the beach

The things inside the hotel room seemed very old. When it rained very hard one night, the water went inside my room and it was a bit flooded but the staff helped mopped the floor when I asked for rugs or towels to dry the floor.

There were a number of small issues, which were resolved by the staff: the kettle in the kitchen was broken, there were not enough basic things in the kitchen, the balcony door was hard to open, the door to the room wouldn't lock from the inside, the wardrobe was a bit too small for the 4-people room. However, the staff always helped to resolve the issues, and everything was fine once we settled in.

Great location, only 5 minutes away from the beach/supermarket/bus stop. One part of the beach opposite the hotel is almost empty, as there are no sunbeds or umbrellas, which was perfect for me. The swimming pool is deep, with warm water and a nice view of the mountain. You can swim there any time. The area around the swimming pool is nice, with lovely flowers. The staff are really helpful in offering information and advice. The room is quite big, with a terrace. You can glimpse the sea from the terrace. The hotel has a small collection of books that you can borrow.

Nothing at all ! However would recommend anyone with any mobility issues to request a studio/ground floor room which we will ask for when staying again

A beautifully kept property very clean and friendly staff especially Mikey on reception always a lovely smile and very helpful with any questions she offered to move us to a studio as we found the stairs in the room a tad steep but as we had unpacked decided to stay in our current room which had lovely views from the balcony and exit main door. The location is perfect … rural and quiet yet only a 5 minute walk down the lane to the beach front and tavernas and about the same in the opposite direction to the main road for the bus stop. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend

The property needs improvements at doors, windows, maybe a new fridge. Bathroom too. But overall if you are aware of where you go and the money that you have paid, is ok.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. Whenever you need something, they help you. Cleaning was done every day, they changed towels daily, clean sheets. The bed is comfortable. We do not used the swiming pool, but the area loooks good. The property is closed to the bus station, a bakery, resturants, market.

Lots of ants in the room, not clean, they don't give you shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper unless you ask for them.

Everything was great ! The employees are lovely and try to respond of your need. Our room for 6 was nice. The hôtel is near the black beach of Perissa. The swimming pool was great!

The only draw backs were a couple of things about our room that overall was lovely but needed a couple of things to really feel finished. Our room didn’t have any drawers, just a wardrobe with three coat hangers which for a week stay meant we could only hang three items and everything else had to just stay in the suitcases. There was also no iron so everything that wasn’t hung was creased from being in the suitcase and couldn’t be ironed. The curtains in the main room were black out which was great but the bathroom window had no curtains and with the glass panel between the bathroom and bedroom meant the all the light from that window came straight into the bedroom at 5/6am. We did discover that the bed runner was made out of the same blackout material as the curtains though so just used that to trap in the window each night. Just would have been nice not to have to do that! One last niggle was that it seems like during power cuts and automatic emergency light comes on and can’t be switched off, again not ideal in the middle of the night but we covered in with a shirt. None of these are big things, just little things you’d notice if you stayed there and would be great improvements.

Sea Wave was in great location in Perissa which feels less touristy than some of the other places on the island. sea Wave is a five minute walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops so nice to be able to just walk in for dinner if you don’t want to travel in the evenings. We loved our room which was spacious and cool. The bed was comfortable and I think a superking. Our room also came with a private hot tub which is as a real highlight of the holiday and meant we got the hot tub experience without the high price tag you’d pay in Oia and Fira. The hotel pool was also very nice and generally very quiet.

Great location and staff. Mo kindly arranged our taxi transfers he is a font of local knowledge and so helpful. lovely atmosphere. by the pool with travellers from all over the world. Good value. Super close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and the beach Thank you, we loved our stay.

very basic rooms but like I said the price is good and that’s what Greece is all about.

this is a no frills clean typical “Greek Island” hotel. if y If you compare it to other hotels 450yards away its a third of the price. The rooms are very basic but for me that adds to the romance. The hotel is clean, typically Greek and it has a pool. There is an honesty bar poolside. I have stayed in some of the worlds best hotels and I enjoyed the charm, character, owners and location of this hotel. The beach has some good tavernas and sun beds. The A/C worked.

The apartment could do with some maintenance - things like the shower doors falling off, curtain rails falling off, weird smells from drains etc. The kitchenette could do with a toaster, it was very minimalist and had just enough to make it work.

Location was great! Walking distance to the beach and an abundance of restaurants. The pool was amazing! We spent so much time in the pool, it was always blue and beach towels were provided. The Air-conditioning in the room was good, although we had a split level apartment so it was really hot at the top and really cold at the bottom. The host was really great, very helpful and always present.

Good location, perfect beach, nice pool and excellent Mo! The apartment was partly renewed, looking nice. We had a balcony and a terrace so we could always choose for the shadow or sun.

The cooking facilities in the studio could be upgraded a little.

This hotel was in a brilliant location, spotlessly clean and had a lovely clean swimming pool. It was very close to the beach, supermarket and bakery as well as the bus stop. The really helpful manager, Mo could not do enough for us- the other staff were very pleasant as well.

Interior was a bit outdated and not as nice as seen in the photos, especially the kitchenette and dishes.

We enjoyed our vacation. The host was friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, A/C worked, beach and pool towels were provided. Great location - the best beach on the island was only a short walk away.
